The rare steak and brisket pho and veggie pho were delicious. The broths were very balanced and clean tasting. I did not rate 5 stars due to the many missed opportunities for gluten free options. I was so excited to try their beef stew, but I was told it is not gluten free due to them using flour to thicken it. WHY?! They can use cornstarch, arrowroot powder, potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, or a gluten free flour to thicken instead!!! AND they put hoisin in their peanut sauce making it not gluten free…. the sauce would be just as flavorful without the hoisin. AND the marinade in the meats contain soy sauce…they can simply use tamari instead. The menu says their tofu has gluten. I have no idea why their tofu would have gluten. I really hope they read this review and make changes to appeal to those who are gluten intolerant considering it would give them much more business.

Twice we’ve been here and I’ve wanted to leave a review with pictures but we end up eating our food too fast to remember. So here’s a picture of our empty plate. The Banh Mi is delicious, the bread is so fresh and crispy. The avocado springs rolls are so fresh and crunchy and we love the peanut sauce. Also don’t sleep on the wings, they were sooo fresh and moist and crispy on the outside. Perfect crunch. I want to come back and get boba cause I’m sure that’s also fantastic. Also the service is quick and the price points are super competitive for quality.

My family absolutely loves the Pho and beef spring rolls. We try to eat here every Sunday. Their beef Bánh mi sandwich is great too. Highly recommend.

I ordered grilled chicken for pickup. When I was about to eat, it looked strange—I thought maybe I was seeing things, so I decided to try it anyway. The chicken was extremely dry. It felt like they had cooked it on September 1st and just reheated it on the 17th to sell it. This was my first time ordering from this place, and honestly, it was disappointing. Don’t eat there!

I swear I didn’t even like pho… until THIS place. The pork spring rolls, cream cheese crab wontons and pho were all crazy good. And the milk boba tea? Obsessed. We officially found our new pho addiction.

Conveniently located in the Belmar Mall area but a little out of the main shopping area, Pho Saigon can be easy to miss. There is a parking lot not too far from it but also street parking is usually easy to find right outside too.
Overall, the food was pretty good. I would personally recommend going to Federal for the real deal but if you’re in the area and don’t want to drive, this is a good choice. The broth of the pho was actually really good and had tons of flavor. My main complaint was the size of the “large” pho. It was closer to a medium or even a small of other restaurants I’ve been to but priced the same… I would’ve also liked to have chili sauce but they just had hoisin and sriracha.
Service wasn’t bad but we did have to call them over a few times even though it wasn’t very busy that day.

My boyfriend stopped in here by chance when I wasn’t feeling well and we will be going again and again. I got the tofu noodle soup and it was extremely well done with a lot of food. This picture is what I stored as a leftover! Everything was well packaged, well seasoned, and it is healthy without grease etc. absolute new favorite

Such a wonderful find! If you’re in the Denver area, make sure to visit this place. The Pho was amazing, the combination Bun Dac Biet and the grilled shrimp spring roll were excellent!! And the Boba is the best. Service was also excellent and the staff was wonderful!!

Nice & quiet, friendly service & great pho and Vietnamese coffee!
However, one note: IF you like all the coffee paraphernalia (or hot instead of cold, lol!) and if you like to put your own rare steak into the soup to cook to Your taste…Order Everything “on the side”!
I was sɔightly taken aback when it came out all thrown together already & an iced coffee all mixed already, lol! Still fun & very good, but I’ll know next time!

I’m posting this review to bring awareness to restaurants—such as Pho Basil in Belmar—that are adding unnecessary extra charges to customers who support them. These “packaging fees” and similar add-ons are often written off as business expenses. I know this firsthand; my father owned two restaurants in Colorado for over 35 years.
Yesterday, I placed a pickup order and was charged twice for packaging fees. It’s absolutely absurd, especially now that COVID is long over and many businesses have returned to normal operations. These added charges feel like nothing more than extra profit at the customer’s expense.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope this review helps others pay closer attention to their receipts and encourages businesses to be more transparent and fair.
