This place has gone downhill…
If you are looking for good Vietnamese food go elsewhere. Today was the first full rainy day. A hot flavorful Pho sounded perfect. Unfortunately, front of the house was struggling bad. Plenty of tables not cleaned off, no greeting even when there are groups of people waiting by the door. My friend and I saw multiple people walk out. Inconsistent front of house. No greeting at all for 10 minutes. Some customers would get the veggie plate that comes with pho; others like mine didn’t. Had to request that and sauce plates. Tables that ordered after my friend and I got their food before us. Thus showing back of the house was struggling as well. Multiple leaks from the ceiling from the half of the restaurant we were sat in. To-go orders seemed to be more important than the customers in the restaurant. Appetizer plate just seemed poorly put together. Pho broth just tasted like white pepper. No beef flavor or it was just drowned out by a white pepper taste. Noodles were in a clump in the soup. Had to use chopsticks to separate and loosen them up. By the time it was for the first bite the broth was barely hot anymore. Disappointing broth because of a heavy white pepper taste with every bite, and protein was barely okay. End of the day the explanation was the were busy. This isn’t their first day or first month open they have been there a while. Would not recommend after this experience.
PS. This is the first time I’ve ever not wanted to finish my pho. The best thing was the artificial flavored drink… just because as well… Where’s the cilantro in the soup and bean sprouts on the side veggie plate?!?

Food was absolutely AMAZING! and prices are VERY reasonable. Ordered the sesame chicken which was super tasty and crunchy. Pho broth my partner ordered was delicious and so were the beef spring rolls

Never back this reestaurant anymore. Everything now charge. Only 3 small cut piece lime they charge for $3. I know now Everything price expensive but not the price of 3 small cut piece lime, lime is part of to make soup taste better. Im ask extra lime because only give 3 piece for 2 bowl of soup. So everyone before order need to ask first. The previous owner nicely then the new one. Quality food going down

As I was eating, I heard one of the customers customize their order by removing a meat and substituting it with something else. All the pho are listed as the same price on the menu so I don’t think it should be a problem but the waitress told the customer it wasn’t possible. Customer was polite and accepted this. I also heard the second part of the conversation where they forgot to add one of the meats to one of the bowls. I heard them joking about how the waitress would think he just ate it all, and all three of them double checked. When she came back, she said that it probably just broke into small pieces. It’s meat? Not a cookie? Lastly I heard them talk about the hair they found. All three of them had short haircuts and they said the hair was easily 9″ long. I honestly wasn’t going to say anything but I see the owner tried to dismiss it on another review. The other waiters were nice though and tried to offer to comp their bowl with hair, and they declined politely. I didnt have any issues with my waiter but it left a bad taste in my mouth to hear who I just learned was the owner be so dismissive.

This used to be my favorite pho place, but I think it’s under new management now. The food is still delicious, but awful experience.
Most notably, we found hair in our food. Not very appetizing. Our order also came out wrong (missing items). We also waited a long time before someone came to take our order (20+ min) even though there were only a handful of other people in there. Finally, the woman who ended up taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive, and talked to us as if we were stupid.
It’s a shame because the food is good, but I will not be coming back here again (heartbreaking since I’ve been going since I was 5 or 6 years old).
Edit in response to owner’s response: This is becoming a he said/she said situation. I don’t think there is any merit to me defending what happened — just go somewhere else. There are so many delicious pho places around. And I’m sorry, but the 12″+ hair we found certaintly did not belong to any of us — i have chin-length hair, and the two people I was with both have buzz cut-ish hair.

I picked up dinner for my bro and I as he wasn’t feeling well and you can’t go wrong with pho when you’re sick! The large portion was a good amount, although we didn’t have enough broth, next time we’ll ask for extra broth. The flavor was very good, you can taste the spices quite nicely. The combo rice platter was really good too, all the grilled meats tasted great, however we did run out of the chili lime sauce that comes with it. When I went to pick up the order, it was already waiting for me and everything was accurate. The staff are friendly as well. Next time I’ll definitely drop by for dine in to see the difference and take some photos!

This place is pretty solid on the basic Viet dishes; but notably absent is MINT, a staple of certain dishes in the cuisine.
It’s a curious phenomenon in Denver metro Vietnamese restaurants – specifically outside the SoFed area – they’re oddly unmotivated to keep mint in the kitchen, which is not only lazy, but also a little bit insulting to suburban diners, as though we wouldn’t know or care. We do! Get some mint please- some dishes just aren’t the same without it!

Never again! There were only a couple of other people in the restaurant, yet we waited too long for a waiter..when he did show up and take our order, I asked if he could split the check (2 on one and 3 on the other). He said they would do it at checkout. I noticed when the bill came that they automatically added a 20% gratuity, and had a party of 6. I told him we were a party of 5..the 6th charge was appetizer. He said, still charge gratuity 20%. He split the bill. A $43 ended up being $57.00. The other $38 ended up $51.00 !! $108 for 5 Pho soup bowls and 1 order of egg rolls ..We were never offered drinks..terrible service. Again, the place was nearly empty. I’m guessing, for good reason

I had a craving for a bunch of Pho and this place did not disappoint. This is the first time that I have been somewhere that added the perfect amount of too much food. If felt like my bowl never ran out of meat of noodles. The broth was very nicely balanced and the noodles had a very good bite to them. The crab cheese wontons were very nicely seasoned with the stuffing being nice and creamy. The Vietnamese coffee is a bit of the stronger side, but still delicious. The staff were super attentive and I was never left waiting for anything. Great pho spot!

A clean, decent and friendly Phó restaurant we can all enjoy! Staff is friendly and food is tasty. “Be advised cash only”. I can honestly say this Denver stop and food experience will go down on the books for being one hell of a road trip. To and from Minnesota, now back to California…
