DIXIE NORMOUS
If you want pho, come here. Nothing fancy. Tasted like any other pho. Service is non existent. They dont make you feel welcomed at all. Pho kinda pricy. I had tendon and tripe and it was $21. They do give a lot of beans sprouts and Thai basil, which i appreciated. Would I come back? Probably not. There’s tons of other pho places in town….with better service

The taste is the same from beginning to end. It’s delicious at first in other places, but the taste changes as it cools down. This place is the same until the aftertaste!

Overall everything was better in the past.
Now everything just okay. The dumplings were deep fried not pan fried. The sliced pork was also deep fried not grilled. The spring rolls were not worth the price.
I also noticed a server had his thumb in the soup while holding the bowl by its rim.

By far the best pho in town. Their broth is extremely flavorful, chicken is perfectly cooked and veggies are fresh,

Came with my family in a big group for lunch last weekend. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered several appetizers – rolls of several kinds, dumplings, and other things. Several of us got slow drip coffee poured over ice, as well. We all got different types of dishes, from pho to dry dishes of noodles. The only damper on the meal was that they forgot one of our member’s orders, and he sat waiting for his food for a while without anyone realizing. Very flavorful dishes, and that was probably the best Viet food I’ve had in Vegas so far.

I decided to visit Pho Saigon 80 for the first time. I went at 1:00 pm which seems to be a very busy time. The lady at the front desk was determine to find me a table. I was able to be seated after 10 mins.
The menu looks good and the prices were reasonable.
I ordered the fried egg roll which has a combo of pork and shrimp! They were delicious and hot when it was served. It a a must item!
The bun bo hue soup was ok but it seems like they took the pho broth and added some spices to make it look like Bun Bo Hue. They didn’t have the specific broth for the bun bo hue soup. It wasn’t spicy at all and the broth was very bland. The ingredients included was good but definitely not abundant like it should be.
There is plenty of parking and the people were really nice. I may come back to try something else but I wasnt impressed with the experience.

Do not eat here they re heat food. The rolls are soggy and not fresh absolutely disgusting.
A small piece of basil was given for 8 rolls plus pho.
No Mint was given for Rolls.
Off cabbage was given in the items.
A fresh roll should not bend see photo.
This is a Health Hazard.
Will be reporting to Dirty Dinners.

8 of us ordered pho, bun bo, banh xeo, bun cha Ha noi, goi cuon basically everything from the menu. Food quality is absolutely horrible and too expensive. Everything came out super salty. We had to dilute the soup with hot water to reduce the saltiness. Goi cuon was loosely wrapped. Bun cha Ha Noi tasted like it just came out of a freezer. Our bill came to about $240. We left every bowl barely touch. Basically every dish was barely edible. It was a huge mistake visiting this place.vegas offers a great range of food selection. Anything is better than this dive. Do not recommend.
