Pho Saigon is an amazing spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors. Both the veg pho and chicken pho were outstanding — rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. The broth had great depth, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. Their chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve had — perfectly toasted, crispy on the outside, and flavorful inside. It truly stood out. The service was good and attentive, with staff making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a fantastic place for pho and more — definitely worth visiting again.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback. I ordered a large pho with beef and meatballs today, but the portion was surprisingly small—only six thin beef slices and one meatball cut into four pieces. Since this bowl was over $13, it didn’t feel like good value.
Maybe the kitchen could review portion sizes, especially for take-out orders. I’d love to come back, but only if the portions match the price.

First visit here to this establishment. Very good service – they provide table service. Waitresses are friendly and efficient. I ordered the #66 which was a Bun bowl with pork, vermicelli, fresh veggies, egg roll, and fish sauce. It was the best Pho dish I’ve ever had! The pork was cooked to perfection, lightly breaded and fried. Veggies were super fresh. Egg roll tasty and fried to perfection. Restaurant is clean. Plenty of parking.

I love the food here. The atmosphere was great, clean and bright, they were quick about bringing our food during a busy Saturday night run, and overall the food was delicious. I really liked their veggie pho. It tasted hot and fresh. It didnt taste oily. I will definitely be coming back to try one of there other items.

Pho Saigon is hands down the hottest spot—better than any other place, even in the best locations. I had to make this my first stop. I had just come from the gym around the corner and wanted to grab some food, and the hospitality immediately stood out. Everyone was super nice and welcoming.
The place itself is beautiful—very aesthetically pleasing, clean, and well put together. The whole atmosphere just feels right.
I’m definitely coming back. Honestly, this is the best brunch spot in Richmond.

The place is new and clean and really nice ambiance. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is all done well. It overly seasoned and don’t get the msg headaches afterwards. Been multiple time and will come again.

Beautiful place to have a wholesome family dinner or a casual date. Staff is friendly and helpful. We got an incorrect dish and they remedied it quickly with the hearty soup that was ordered. We have a favorite Pho restraunt so this place was put to the test! I wasnt super crazy about the shrimp spring rolls taste. Little bland, but the sauce was excellent. Nothing to lose a star over. Wife says Pho is 10/10. I had a beef vermacille bowl, and was pleasantly surprised. The lettuce was not chopped up fine enough by my standars, but did not affect taste. There were bean sprouts in it, which i did not get at the other spot. Elevated the dish for me! Come give it a shot, and try it for yourself!

Where do I start? I recently started DoorDash. I would come in to pick up orders and it smelled amazing. I came in today as a customer. The staff are so unbelievably friendly. My waiter Daniel, helped me order and it did not disappoint. I got the Pho Chin Bo Vien which was a beef base soup with beef, beef, meatballs, and brisket or flank not real sure which one. It was delicious. The atmosphere is great. They played great music meticulously clean. I will be back.

The #57 which is steamed rice and beef and it was so tender and flavorful. It was also the perfect amount for me to feel satisfied but not like you’re going to have to roll me away.
I also got a pandan and coffee- pretty strong so I’ll be jumping around for the rest of the day lol. It gave me the burst of energy I needed.
Highly recommend their food!

Pho Saigon provided an authentic Vietnamese experience with very clean tasting broth in both their pho and bo kho. I’m particular about my Vietnamese food but this hit all the marks. Would recommend!
