First time I went to this Vietnamese restaurant. Got me a Pho Ga (Chicken Soup). I enjoyed it… until I see the chicken that they use. The chicken was deli chicken process meat. That a shame that they’ll use process chicken instead of actual chicken meat. They don’t allow free refills. They keep the ice in a cooler, which is pathetic. They don’t have a soda machine.

Im not a fan of having to write reviews like this…. But this was by faaaar the worst pho I have ever had. This place was so bad we just left and went amd grabbed taco bell instead. The broth was almost tasteless, and wasn’t hot enough to cook the noodles that were put into it causing them to still be hard. The egg rolls are literally frozen walmart egg rolls that were just left out and stale, the cups had a weird black residue on them, and the flank steak they put in the pho was sour, and to top it all off their are roaches crawling on the ground and wall. This place is absolutely disgusting. If a restaurant can’t manage to clean the front where clientele eats, just imagine how disgusting that kitchen is in the back. Just because your resturant is in a garbage part of Killeen doesn’t mean your place of business has to act like it. Im going to first hand see to it a health inspector takes a look at this place. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR CLEANING IMMEDIATELY.

It was amazing! Exactly what I was looking for! Great price and great tasting food. I got the well done beef pho, 10 piece fried squid, and 4 piece pot eggs rolls with extra veggies on the side to make it spicy. That’s the small size pho to go. Definitely will be back

First time coming here! This place is more spacious than what I thought! You can choose either side (right or left side of building).
First you go to the counter and order your foods and pay and they’ll deliver them to your seat!
As I’m vegetarian I was looking for the vegetarian menu! Happy to find it. But unfortunately they don’t have vegetarian pho as all broth is based on beef although it was on the vegetarian menu. When I asked the staff, they didn’t like it as it tastes very bland… as a vegetarian person, that’s a very sad answer. If they put the menu there I’d want them to make food with confidence and pride because of that losing one star from me. There’s a way to make it delicious and amazing as I had some other places. Hoping to improve their vegetarian menu!
Besides that, they feed you very well for the price!! I ordered two dishes and that was plenty! One dish was vermicelli and other one was crispy noodles stuff!! If you wanna eat well, this place is good!

Only authentic Vietnamese Pho in Fort Hood area. I always drive 20-30 minutes and skip over many “pho” places. For years this place has been consistent.

Best pho in Killeen hands down. My bowl was less than $13 for a HUGE portion. I normally put chili oil in my pho but the broth was so flavorful I didn’t need to. The beef was flavorful and tender, too. The pho came out hot and stayed hot the entire time I ate it, it truly was like a big warm hug in a bowl.
Come for the food, not the service lol.

I just ordered 2 plates of Kum bo loc loc and it was the worst plate ever they gave us nothing but fat its suppose to be fine thin meat. I’ve order this plate before and it has been good but this time I give e it a 0. I never give bad reviews but sadly this time I had too.

This is the first time we have ever tried Pho Saigon, and it will be our last. We tried the Shrimp Spring Rolls and those were good then we tried Combination Beef Pho and that was Not as tasteful as the pho we’ve eaten at other restaurants we’ve tried. I tried the Seafood Fried rice and that was very bland with NO taste at all. I really wanted a Seafood Pho but they Don’t make it correctly with Chicken Broth NOT BEEF BROTH. If you really want the Best Tasting Pho, Seafood or Beef Pho You Must go to Pho 9. We had to come her bc the other was closed on Sunday but we won’t be back to this one.

Wait staff was extremely rude asking customers to move so they can walk through order/waiting area with trays full of hot pho! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen! They have a perfect L shape space behind the Oder desk with access to kitchen and enough space to where wait staff could easily walk through to get to both sides of eating area. Walking through customers is both unsafe and unsanitary. They need a better service/order system wait staff literally walked around asking people what food they ordered until they got to the right table.
