We eat there a few times a year and the food is always fresh, flavourful and in big portions. They serve great unsweetened ice tea, with a tint of jasmin flavor, I think. So refreshing. We usually pay around $50 for two with tax and tips.

We love to go around trying new phos in El Paso, and definitely this one just got our #1⭐️ We ordered the spring rolls, shrimp and pork, they were delicious and had a mint flavor that made them more flavorful. We also had the Pho Shrimp and it hit the spot 10/10. Lastly we order the Beef Chow Fun from their new menu item, its was great The service was excellent they even came to talk to use and told us to try the Chow Fun but spicy with their homemade sauce, definitely coming back

I wish I lived in El Paso so that I could visit this place more often. I came here yesterday and ordered Pho with rare steak as well as the Vermicelli with beef, pork, and an egg roll to go. Both dishes were fantastic and I think the vermicelli here has been my favorite in the Las Cruces / El Paso area out of all the Vietnamese restaurants I have tried. I will probably be coming here before/after flying in/out of ELP for the Vermicelli!
The chili oil is REALLY SPICY, so be careful when adding it to your dish because a little can go a long way.
I was really pleased with the service and the attention to detail the people working there had.
The person sitting next to me was ordering for herself and her boyfriend, but her boyfriend was coming later. I overheard them asking when the boyfriend would come because if they let the noodles sit in the pho broth too long, the noodles become bloated and aren’t good any more. The waiter was prepared to go back and have them take the soup out so that the noodles wouldn’t get ruined, but then the boyfriend arrived just in time.
So that alone made me see how much the staff cared about the quality of their food. Looking forward to coming again in the future!

The service is very friendly, and they give you a generous portion of food, and it’s very healthy. I had chicken and stir fry with rice noodles. Very yummy.

We’ve tried almost every pho restaurant in El Paso, and nothing compares to Pho and Rolls. Their pho is full of flavor, comforting, and so delicious.

Pho broth was as good as the reviews say. The first sip tells it all. They do not have banh mi however. Which is not a big deal, but I would have ordered one.

Got the spicy beef vermicelli with an order of egg rolls and a Thai tea. Everything was delicious, the spicy beef vermicelli broth was full of flavor and definitely spicy. I do wish there was more noodles but still fantastic . The egg rolls were packed and I loved the thin wrapping from it. I do plan on coming back here and trying more of the menu. Our waitress was super nice and we got our food very quickly . Definitely recommend:)
