It’s been a while since my last visit and it is still great.
The server was so kinds and the foods are fresh and delicious. I love their Pho which is not so grease but great.
They even let me try their new menus which was amazing.
I will definitely coming back to try their new menus.

Alright so the food is good buuuuutttt….. I had a negative experience! So I work 4 days 10 hours a week and usually my phone is pretty dead end of day. I was neglectful of this after a long day of work and decided to stop by for a night cap. Everything went good but when it came time to pay the bill I realized my phone had died! Now usually since I work so much physically I try to keep as little on me possible which obviously means a physical wallet and card. (Thank technology for tap to pay) sadly I realize my phone had DIED!! I asked if I could charge my phone to pay but was told no. I then asked how I was expected to pay? The younger employee shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt know and couldn’t help me. I then offered to leave my WORK PHONE there while I charged my personal in the car and even called their company phone from my work phone to verify it was a legit phone and they still would no allow me to do that. Thankfully I realized that I had my android watch and had a valid tap to pay method on there that allowed me to pay but at the end of the day I could have chose to just walk away and not pay but thats not who I am. I am very unpleased with this lack of humanity and will not be coming back

This is the second time visiting. No wait time. Very friendly! Service was very quick. First visit we had sushi only which was great! But this time we tried the lunch special due to the cold weather. The combo did not disappoint! The amount was just right! Will be visiting again!! Also they are open on Sundays now! 1pm to 8pm!

Well think I want to point out is that our first server seemed a bit rude and overworked. My water wasn’t refilled until I had asked towards the end. (probably should’ve been more vocal about it) they seemed a bit understaffed. Our bill was over $100 so at that price point I would expect better service.
They would get one more star (possibly two) if their service and food presentation improved.
I would give this place one more try.

Been coming a for a few years now. They did raise the prices , just like everywhere else. Food is good and quality is good. All the rolls I’ve tried have been great, with about 8 pieces per roll, nice size rolls, unlike other spots that serve little four piece rolls. The pho is great as is their yakasoba noodles- the service is just ok. It’s located in uptown Whittier, so you may have to find parking in the public parking area, unless you luck out and happen to find parking on Philadelphia or Greenleaf. The establishment is clean and presentable. Nice local spot to visit.

If you absolutely need a PHO fix but aren’t too particular then PHO & ROLL is your spot.
I tend to be critical about the broth because that is the main character of any PHO. The broth here is bland and the meat to noodle portion is limited and leaves you feeling short changed.
On the other hand, the sushi selection is varied and extensive. Sushi at PHO & ROLL is a winner and good. Portions are good and presentation is on point.
Service is prompt and friendly so the experience makes up where some things fall short.

If you’re looking for delicious sushi and pho in Whittier, Pho & Roll is the place to go! The Crunch Roll is a must try but their other sushi rolls are just as tasty. If you’re in the mood for something warm and comforting, the beef pho is a great choice. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
