Even though the receipt and the app said I paid for extra noodles for my meal, I was denied it and they tried charging me extra. Wouldn’t provide any condiments either.

If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. When we first arrived this man was literally starring at us to hurry up and figure out what we wanted. The seafood in this pho was not fresh and super lumpy! I had also found a facial hair in my soup. We also ordered the shrimp fried rice usually these servings are more than a one person serving or at least a filled plate for $13, the local Chinese restaurant give you more rice than the servings here. Also ordered some egg rolls that tasted undercooked. The man helping us had a very bad attitude when I addressed these things I had to get up and tell him while he was sitting on a chair on his phone.

I deleted my old review and leaving a new one. I’m sad that this place is changing to “pho rex”. I ordered my usual shrimp spring rolls and they added pork to it and the meat looked pretty gross so I had them change it to just the shrimp. Then I ordered the veggie pho which normally comes with bok choy, carrots, mushroom, broccoli, and tofu. It still looks the same on the menu but when they brought it out it has cabbage, celery, mushrooms, broccoli, and one carrot slice. The food honestly didn’t even taste as good as it normally does….the service is still good though. This place use to be my favorite spot but definitely not anymore! I should have taken a photo of the first spring rolls too
