I tried a tofu Banh mi here today. I have very mixed feelings about it. I’ve tried tofu/vegan Banh Mi at a lot of places so the first thing I noticed was that its a couple dollars more then most places.
There was a bit of a wait considering I was the only customer. Turns out they toast the rolls and the tofu had to be heated up as well. It seemed a little smaller then most I’ve had as well. Very light on the veg and the sauce was just a heap of ketchup manis so very strong and sweet and unfortunately not balanced. The tofu was big dry cubes of Fried tofu which looked really nice but was just dry. No Lemongrass, ginger, Hoisin, soy etc. Just dry.
I can see that they are trying to go for something a bit different but it didnt hit the spot for me. Just ok.

Food looked as good as it tasted really fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented.
The crispy chicken was perfectly crunchy without being greasy, and the bánh mì had amazing bread with juicy, well seasoned pork. Definitely coming back.

Just had the Korean Fried Chicken here and it is amazing. The batter is incredibly light and shattered with every bite, while the chicken inside stayed perfectly juicy.
The creamy, spicy dipping sauce on the side provided the perfect kick to cut through the richness. If you’re looking for that authentic, double-fried crunch, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

First time here and incredibly impressed. Admittedly we were super early for dinner (6PM week night), whilst the phone and uber delivery were buzzing, we were only one of two tables dining in.
Looks like this would be a great setup during summer when all the shutters are open.
We got amazing service and the food were off the chart delicious. They were all reasonably priced, for the quality and well portioned food that is presented at a location like Patterson Lakes. ( I would say some of the negative reviewers are either comparing Springvale prices to a more refined Vietnamese restaurant… all the occasional reviews having a Karen moment, expecting restaurant quality dining on a Macca’s budget)
We left belly full, happy and still talking about it a week later. We’ll definately be coming back again.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Staff were attentive, friendly, and welcoming without being intrusive. Everything was served promptly, and the team made sure we always had what we needed. Their attention to detail—both in presentation and in overall customer care—really enhanced the dining experience. The atmosphere felt warm and relaxed, and the staff carried themselves with genuine professionalism. Overall, outstanding service that complements the quality of the food and drinks.

We typically only eat Pho from Chelsea, however this one was a nice alternative, lots of other tempting options on the menu and limited offer of happy hour 30% off Pho made it even better! Hopefully in the summer the bifold windows will open to boost atmosphere

This is a hidden gem! The food is superb! The steak dish is the best I have had – melt in your mouth delicious!! Staff are gorgeous and only to keen to assist. The food is next level! Every mouthful bursting with flavour!! Yum! We now go weekly!
