Chill vibe, nice music playing! I got a regular steak pho which is definitely a good portion size. The broth was good but tasted like it was quickly prepared; it lacked the depth of other restaurants I’ve tried. The noodles were a little too soft and easily broken. The meat however was good! Better than other pho restaurants I’ve tried. Overall it is a good quality for the price.

This place is like home. This is our favorite place to get pho. Great flavor. Incredible brother. Tender meat. I also love their banh mi sandwiches. Perfect baguette, tender meat, fresh veggies. Everything is very filling and the portions are huge. Big fans.

After trying a lot of pho spots around Utah, this one is definitely the weakest. I’ve given it multiple chances since it’s close to where I live, but the broth consistently has no depth, no richness, and none of that authentic pho flavor.
And with pho, the broth is everything that’s the whole foundation of the dish.
The meat also lacks seasoning and flavor, and overall the bowl tastes like something I could make better at home. There are much better options in Provo if you want real pho.
The atmosphere doesn’t help either; it feels a bit dark and because it feels that way it makes it feel kinda dirty, which takes away from the dining experience.
The only positive is that the staff is attentive and kind, but unfortunately the food itself just doesn’t compare to other pho places in the area.

Had the pho with Dumplings and it was the best. Service could have been a bit better. My server was a bit distracted, but I’m not take a star off because I still got my order and she brought me everything I wanted. If you get the dumplings like I did, use little to no toppings on it. The dumpling pho has a very delicate flavor that can be easily overwhelmed by stronger flavors.
Parking can be rough. If you can walk or take the bus, things will be easier for you.

I worked at a Pho restaurant in Maryland for a year and let’s say I already have good background with Pho and other Vietnamese dishes they normally served.
When I visited UT, I craved for Pho (I missed it and also I wanted to have a hot soup in a very cold weather there). We came to this place. The place’s atmosphere isn’t bad. But the service was a little bit slow. The Pho was not bad either. One thing I didn’t appreciate was the gyoza, it was dry and hard!
But, I would still want to go back here if I visit Utah again. Except for the gyoza.

I went to Pho for dinner and it was really busy and I wasn’t able to be seated after waiting for a while! So I left. I generally love the pho here but the wait was too long. The food is great but I wish I was seated faster.
