I have eaten here quite regularly for at least a year. I have never had bad food, nor have they ever made a mistake with my food. It’s always consistent. I always get pho, and sometimes gyoza or edamame.
The regular size bowl is very big for me, but I usually finish it.
The staff is friendly, professional, and prompt to serve, even when they’re busy, which makes me think they have the appropriate amount of staff, which I am happy about. I get annoyed at places that regularly understaff, because it’s exploitative of the workers and burns them out and I also get worse service in that case. This place is not like that.
Google asked me about atmosphere, ava I have it 4 stars, but not because I’m displeased. I don’t care. The atmosphere is neutral. I’m there for the food. But if you care about the atmosphere enough to check the rating, first if all, why does that matter? And second of all, there isn’t much by way of decoration or specific music. I don’t even remember if they have music.

Taro boba was delicious. Can’t say the same for the pho, got sick after eating it. Service was also good.

The staff were very quick, kind and professional. My husband and I both ordered Pho and it was the best I’ve had in a long time. The wakame (seaweed salad) was delicious too. Their cheesecake is beautifully made, with the perfect creamy yet firm texture. The price is well worth the amount and quality of food!

Not good. Had the steak pho. Came with like 4 pieces of the cheap thin meat and then only noodles and not even a decent amount. Probably cost the restaurant like 50 cents to make. Was expecting more vegetables inside. Can get way more food for same price elsewhere.

Love love love Pho Plus. I used to go quite a bit when I worked in the area. Especially good during a cold Winter day. So fresh. The meat (#8) is my favorite. Large with extra meat. I always get more basil, too. Enough to eat again at home. The broth has such a good flavor. The rice noodles are so light. Never had their Shrimp Tempura. Got it and it was divine. Also got a peach Boba drink which was really good. I’m one stamp away from filling my Pho Card. That’s exciting.
Also a great place to take out and have it just like it’s from the kitchen when you get home.

Me and my boss visit this place quite frequently. I usually get the number 11. I love the food here and the service is usually great. I’ve been a few times when they are understaffed and we don’t get the basic attention to tend to our need. That’s why I’m still at a 4 star because I love the food here. Sometimes I like the broth in the lighter side and theirs is like that. We always order spring rolls as well as appetizers. We love getting that as well. It’s a great spot for a quick like food option. Give it a try for yourself and see.
