We ordered the chicken and shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer, followed by the chicken bánh mì and the seafood pho for our main dishes—and everything was amazing. The flavors were fresh, well balanced, and incredibly satisfying. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal! I got the chicken spring rolls and some pho and the spring rolls were delicious and the chicken was still warm. The peanut sauce was delicious and paired great with the rolls. The meat of my pho was tender and delicious. There was plenty of broth and the food overall was great. The service was excellent everyone who was working was attentive and polite and the food and out in a timely manner. The place was clean and cozy. I would absolutely return.

Had a H3 and daughter had kids pho. The portions were more than enough. i actually could have had a kids pho and be satisfied. Hu Thieu tasted authentic and delicious! Daughter loved the pho. Good service, compared to other asian restaurants. I look forward to coming back and trying a lot more dishes. The value for the food is unbeatable, trust me. Will be back!

Good to have a Vietnamese placein this part of town other than the Asian District. The broth of the Pho I ordered was flavorful without being overly salty. The meat was not as generous. They also have rice option along with an array of appetizers.

Since they have opened this is my 5th visit. I give places a few runs just to see how they do. Needless to say everytime food has been amazing, service has been excellent! It’s became my new fav pho spot! I highly recommend y’all get over here and dig in!

Overall good experience. Just didnt care for the female server that didnt care to serve hot food AWAY from my infant daughter, but put it DIRECTLY in front of. The food was delicious and hit the spot. As its colder weather, and we got 3 pho bowls and 2 stir fry noddles.

Tried the pho beef soup vegetable dish and the combination fried rice.the soup portion only comes in large now and they haven’t changed the menu, however this portion is so filling and it is hard not to finish the entire bowl.

I want to compliment the staff at pho plus 1 they did an amazing job. The service was quick the food was absolutely amazing. I had the general tso chicken and broccoli beef. The serving size was great enough for two easily. The broccoli beef was in my opinion the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this place. Next visit is going to be the pho.
