Came to this part of city by fluke, and tried this place without looking at reviews during a power outage! And boy! I am glad the day brought us to this gem . Ordered 2 large bowls of pho… very generous in overall size, including amount of noodles and meat! The soup was proper rich and real broth and just so delicious. So good we had to pack the last bit home, didn’t want to waste a single drop!
We also ordered the wings and chicken fried spring rolls (awesome they had non-pork option!). Wings were more so on the plain side but came with a dipping sauce and the chicken spring rolls were wonderful… tasted almost like the traditional ones, just with chicken!
Will be coming back!

We came here three times so far, I personally like their rice dish it was the best Vietnamese rice I have ever had. Next time I am going to try their noodle soup, hope it will be good!

Edited to add photos. Note the photo is of a half order of spring roll—our first time we got the full and it was huge! Also it is a family owned business and the owner works so hard to serve everyone. Huge kudos
First time dining here tonight, and we will be back! We showed up at 8pm, and were surprised no other diners wanted hot soup on a hot day lol. We got the owner’s attention, and he promptly served us. We had the spring rolls, house special pho, and bun bo hue. The servings were huge! The food was perfectly cooked, and tasty. No msg thirst after. Highly recommend this place. Very affordable too at around $45 with tax and tip.

The restaurant was not very clean all around, and most tables were dirty even after the dishes were taken away. Pho which usually has tai basic, had a few cilantros instead. Its was one of blandest broths I’ve ever had. The spring rolls were absolutely inedible – super dry, chewy instead of crispy. Made me think if they were recycled a few times before. There was one person working the kitchen and the dining area during lunch. So no wonder tables were dirty. Won’t be back.

One of the best Vietnamese places in maple ridge! Always delicious. Generous portions. Had the vermicelli and lemon grass chicken tonight. Usually get bahmi with double meat! The deep fried spring rolls hit the spot. Nice atmosphere and people as well 🙂

Ordered 2 pho and salad roll and spring roll. Food was awesome.
Service was fantastic and decor wasn’t bad. Bowls were full of goodness and not loaded with just broth. We will definitely go back
