Had the bibimbap today and it was absolutely delicious! The rice was cooked perfectly, meat tender and flavorful, and filled with a fried egg and crunchy veggie. A little bit of sweet and savory flavor. Satisfied all the senses! A++

I had such an awesome experience here! We ordered the beef pho, takoyaki balls, fried dumplings, shrimp tempura, and the tornado potato with cheese garlic sauce, and everything was delicious.
The beef pho broth was incredibly clean and refreshing, full of flavor without being heavy. The fried dumplings were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while still juicy inside. The shrimp tempura had amazingly tender shrimp with a light, crunchy batter. And the tornado potato? Absolutely BOMB. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and that homemade cheese garlic sauce was so savory and addicting.
On top of all that, the service was excellent, as in super warm, fast, and attentive.
Definitely recommend this place and will 100% be coming back! ✨

I only eat veggie pho here — it’s so flavorful and delicious!! Other dishes are great too, but the veggie pho and tonkosu ramen are the best. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The pho here had one of the cleanest and most balanced broths I’ve tasted in a while. The aroma was inviting without being too strong. The beef slices were tender and felt very fresh. The noodles were silky and maintained their structure throughout the meal. Fresh herbs added a lively and refreshing touch. The restaurant was clean and nicely arranged. The staff were polite and welcoming. I liked how quickly the food was served. Even when the shop became busier, the atmosphere remained calm. The flavors of the broth were consistent until the last spoonful. Nothing felt too greasy or salty. The temperature of the broth stayed warm for a long time, which made the meal very enjoyable. I left feeling full but comfortable. This is definitely a place I’d revisit. A very solid pho experience overall.

Very cute design layout and will catch your eye as you enter in the pzitzs. Order was fast and hot so I enjoyed that. Ordered the crab angels and was disappointed at the lack of sweetness and creamy texture. Shrimp and Squid Pho was so delicious I ate every bite. Would have liked more meat though. Overall great place to relax or need an authentic Pho here at Birmingham.

I had a late lunch yesterday while I was in Hoover. I found this place when I was making a y-turn to got to firehouse subs. I am a sucker for pho.
I spent a 7 weeks in Asia last year, 9 of those days were in Vietnam. I had been living in San Francisco and had fallen in love with pho over the years there.
This was very tasty pho. I feel like it was authentic and seasoned well. I had beef in mine. O want to go back and try shrimp in it.
I’m judging this based on my fairly extensive experience tasting it all over the globe. To me a 4 is a solid score. I’d give a 4.5, or an option.
You will be very happy if you like pho. Check it out.

The customer service and location are both good. I took my food to go so perhaps I didn’t enjoy the full live experience. Still, the pho was good if a bit light on the flank steak. The price point is a bit lower than many of the other pho places I’ve visited so I’m probably getting what I paid for. It’s a decent pho place in a great location run by really nice people.

This location has gone through many different owners over the years, but Pho Pho is probably the best yet! The food was delicious and the service was great! They were respectful of our lunch hour and they validate any thing over $1 if you park in the nearby public parking deck. Can’t wait to go back and try the sushi!
