Great Pho! Super big bowl of steaming delicious beef broth soup. Slices of meat and all the spices. Comes with hot tea. I walked right in during busy lunch. Restaurant was pretty full but, they seated me right away.

Excellent for a plant-based meal. I asked, and they prepared a vegetable based broth with tofu – great flavours and plenty of diversity. Not expensive. Friendly fast and efficient service. Well done Pho Philly! Recommend.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and were eager to find a spot that serves excellent pho—and this place did not disappoint. The spring roll was fresh, light, and perfectly balanced, while the beef pho was deeply flavorful with a rich broth and tender meat. The portions were generous, leaving us happily full and with enough to take home for later. A satisfying experience all around.

Been wanting to try Pho Philly for a while…kicking myself for not going sooner! Chill spot, swift service, and great food!
Started with the fresh garden spring rolls, which were amazing. Going to try the other flavors next time.
On waiter’s reco I got a nightly special instead of regular menu item — a Beef Stew. Absolutely DELICUOUS!!! Broth had an unbelievable flavor, the meat was so tender and tasty, and the lemony-peppery mix to dip the beef in topped it off.

Yummy! My husband and I got the garden fresh spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce as an appetizer and 2 House Special Pho Beef Soup bowls with American Ginseng, Rare Fillet Mignon Steak, Well-Done Flank, Brisket, Oxtail and Beef Ball and I also added shrimp to mine! Everything was sooo delicious and flavorful. we especially loved the extra alfalfa, sprouts, fresh basil, and fresh lime to squeeze on the bowls. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely recommend and I hope to go back again when we’re in town!

We were seated by the kitchen even though the restaurant was empty. When you first walk into the restaurant, the atmosphere is more like a convenient store bodega or a takeout place. Also, the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable because we were only given one set of silverware, (which I believe was done on purpose), so I used chopsticks. I didn’t appreciate the staff gawking and laughing at me as I ate my meal with chopsticks. My friend ordered Chà Giò Rế Tôm (Crispy Shrimp Rolls) and I ordered Chả Giò Chay (Crispy Vegetable Egg Roll) as appetizers and for our meal my friend ordered Bún Tôm Nướng and I ordered Cơm Tẩm Gà Nướng. Our waiter was a tad on the rude side, he never made eye contact because his head was down on his phone placing our order (which btw you just provide a number), so it wasn’t like he had major typing to do and when I asked if an item had any meat, (just to double check bc sometimes food is cooked in chicken/beef broth), he discourteously replied, “it saids vegan so no”. Service was horrible, we were clearly finished our meals, however we had to flag down a staff member, (after waiting an hour and the restaurant was empty), just to get boxes and the check.
If you enjoy the smell of pine-sol and other cleaning products, tap water, being gawked and mocked at and have an hour to waste then by all means go to Pho Philly but I would not recommend it even if we were enemies.

Big bowl with 80% of broth ( taste just fine, nothing special ) . Less meat like expected with small pieces

I got the Vietnamese hoagie with chicken and the grilled pork summer rolls with the house special sauce.
The Vietnamese hoagie was really good it came on a short roll which is expected for the price($8.25), it had fresh vegetables on it and the chicken was absolutely delicious it was sooo flavorful!
The pork summer rolls were served cold and had really thin slices of meat included, I’m not sure I would order again but they weren’t nasty just not my preference.

Been here a few times, the pho is good. Tried fried shrimp I think… wasn’t what I expected which is fine! The broth is pretty flavorful.
