I’m happy to say this Vietnamese restaurant became one of my proud discoveries during my Pensacola trip. Although the photos don’t show it, the jumbo shrimp fried rice—with perfectly cooked, springy grains—was exceptional, and every other dish we tried exceeded expectations.
Most of all, I want to thank Quang. Even on Thanksgiving Day, he served every table with warmth, patience, and genuine kindness. His attentive service made the entire evening feel special, and I truly appreciated his professionalism despite the holiday rush.
The bubble tea also looked great—I’m planning to come back tomorrow just to try it.
Thanks again for a delicious meal and for giving us such a pleasant and memorable dinner experience.

Amazing food and amazing service. Our server was Quan and he was awesome, super friendly and efficient. The food was good, we both got the beef pho and the broth was light but flavorful, the Thai tea was also amazing and the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The crab rangoons were homemade and beautifully wrapped. The inside of the place was super clean and cozy, plus they had candies on the way out. Would definitely go again.

The pho was very good here. We ordered the pan fried rice noodle combination and that was amazing. You don’t see this type of dish hardly in any viet restaurant. It was so crispy and the sauce over the top was just top notch.

The food and speed of service were excellent. Our food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering and was delicious! However, it took us a while to receive refills for our drinks, and the owner(s) appeared to have their screaming young child in the lobby while patrons were dining. My experience was okay overall, outside of the noise from their child.

My fiancé and I just moved to Pensacola from Arizona and was on the lookout for a new pho spot. This was the first one we tried along with a couple more but this spot is our #1! The food is unbelievably delicious along with the service. You can tell they take pride in their business and I love that. I highly recommend to anyone who wants good quality food and great service. This place has what I call the “freshness factor”, especially in their boba REAL fruit smoothies but really everything had an extra flavor zing I didn’t expect. Lots of good comfort food here. I had an awesome experience a year ago too, and even though they don’t serve sushi anymore they’ve perfected their pho focus. My husband wanted me to write that the Vietnamese beef stew was especially “stew-pedenous”, he drank every drop of the broth. He also loved his mango smoothie! A spry depth to both the green tea and cinnamon spices in the pho. The service is lightning fast; a classic warmth to the ambiance that comes with a family run business. I plan to return especially on a chilly day.

I work nearby and have noticed very LARGE RATS in the back parking lot on multiple occasions. I have also seen them coming out of what appears to be the restaurant’s rear entrance, possibly connected to the kitchen. While the food is not bad, it’s not exceptional either. Unfortunately, seeing this has made me uncomfortable and I no longer feel confident dining there.
