Ordered what I normally order, P2 well done brisket Pho, and all I got was the garbage meat fat with about 2 small pieces of actual brisket and paid full price for it. This is the second time this has happened at this restaurant. The first time this happened, I thought it was a genuine mistake. But now after a second time of this happening, it can only mean 1 of 2 things, 1. they purposely give their garbage meat fat to certain customers or 2. they have lowered their quality (I’ve been here more than 2x and I always order the same soup).
Glad this is not the only Pho place in the area, won’t be coming back soon.

We were pleasantly surprised by fresh, tast ingredients in our Pho and vermicelli dishes.

Really nice place. I went alone and felt comfortable which doesn’t happen at many places. Service was fast, food was fast no complaints whatsoever!

Food portion is worth the price and it’s so flavorful. Truly some of the best pho i’ve had in awhile.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this pho restaurant is a true culinary gem. From the moment you step inside, the aromatic scent of star anise and simmering beef broth envelops you. The traditional phở bò tái is a revelation—the broth, a labor of love, is deeply flavorful and perfectly balanced. Slices of tender, rare beef melt in your mouth, while the fresh herbs and crisp bean sprouts provide a welcome contrast. The service is prompt and friendly, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. A must-visit for any pho enthusiast or anyone looking for a comforting, authentic Vietnamese meal.

The best pho in town!
Fresh ingredients make every bowl so flavorful and delicious. Honestly, it’s way better than fast food—not only healthier, but also quick to serve. Highly recommend if you want a tasty and satisfying meal!

we went at 10 and we’re so happy that it was open, it was a much needed meal and the portions are huge, it’s nice how many options for sauce they give you and if you ask for something extra they easily provide! food came out in less than to minutes and was so happy that it was flavorful.

During my recent fall break, I stopped by this Pasteur Pho restaurant, and I can say that this is the first authentic Vietnamese restaurant I found in Lancaster. I tried a bowl of Pho Dau, a signature dish of the restaurant with lots of toppings. And what surprised me was its taste, it gave me a feeling of both familiarity and strangeness with the fragrant broth of cinnamon, star anise and the sweet taste of beef bones mixed with the sweet and fatty taste of beef, giving me a familiar feeling like at home. However, what caught my attention the most was the Pho noodles of the restaurant, instead of traditional Pho noodles, they used Hu Tieu noodles – a type of noodle that is thinner and chewier than the original, often used in some dishes of southern Vietnam. thereby changing the feeling of the dish, giving me a softer feeling, but still retaining some of the essence of Pho. Through this, I realized that Vietnamese chefs always try to preserve the national dish. Although the ingredients may change depending on the region, the core of the dish – technique, experience, sophistication, carefulness – remains the same. At Pho Pasteur, each dish is not just a meal, but it is also a way to silently preserve, preserve the national identity of Vietnam in Lancaster through a special language – the language of food and connection.

We were delighted by Pho Pasteur 3 on a cold January 1st. We were shocked by the extremely generous Pho portion size (it was easily enough to satisfy both of us), but the day was busy and the service didn’t meet our expectations (they didn’t bring silverware and napkins to the table and never checked back on us after delivering our food). However we enjoyed the food and it was cheap enough that we will likely return in the near future.
