I came here after a day of cherry picking with my friends from china and the owners and staff were so accommodating and patient with us cause of the language barrier. Literally will and would recommend to everyone who comes down to orange for a visit or when they’re just here for fun or cherry picking. Even the locals were so kind to chat to us and we had a few laughs and they told us they’ve been continuously coming here despite the new owners because of the consistent food and kind service. So definitely a place in my books and will for sure sure will be back.

We ordered coffee with our food, yet waited over 30 minutes after finishing our meal while customers who arrived later were served first. When I asked, I was told to “just wait.”
Staff were clearly more friendly and faster with white customers, and cold toward us as Asian tourists. This felt like discrimination.
We came to Orange in a great mood and loved the town, but this experience ruined our impression of the place. Completely unacceptable.

I am sorry but I haven’t tried any other food but my 5 stars is because I’ve eaten the most delicious Bahn Mi’s ever & I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you! Best lunch I could ever ask for!!

10% card surcharge??? 3 star for food and 1 star for service
Came here on Sunday night. We ordered a combination grilled pork, it’s good, tender pork, nice rice and egg.
But we did’t like the spicy beef noodle soup; the soup base was like Pho broth (it was supposed to be cooked differently with different ingredients in Vietnam). However it might be ok for people who are not picky about the authenticity of spicy beef noodle soup.
Set the foods aside, THE 10% SURCHARGE is unreasonably high, and I have never seen anyone doing such surcharge since I moved to Australia. Think twice and double check if you bring cash before coming.

Sunday 11th June is not public holiday.
The staff told us that 10% was for card surcharge.

An authentic Vietnamese dishes that you can try. It’s a small shop, with just about 5-7 tables. Very busy during meal times. Parking at rear at the council’s car park for longer hours for free, or else along the shop’s front street for half an hour there, or near on Peisley Street for an hour.

I went to this restaurant for take away and I am really disappointed . This is the first time I am doing 1 star food review ever in my life. 0 costumer service and owner is awful. I would give 0 if I could. I ordered pork dumpling noodles but it was tasteless and dry dumplings on it. Poor food quality and owner is charging extra for take away food container, surcharge, and even for soy sauce/chilly flakes. I will not go back there any more.
