Based only on my first meal here, it was great. I got the large house special pho bowl. Yummy. The place is impeccably clean, with about 9 tables and a 3 seat bar. Not alcohol bar, silly. I’m definitely coming back here with my wife. I’m excited to try more of the menu.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a dm from someone named Duy at Pho Olala. It said to stop by, mention Instagram and receive a free tea. My daughter came down with a bug today so we decided to eat some pho. When we walked in the place is very clean. The atmosphere is very relaxed with instrumental music playing in the background. I ordered garlic edamame with the house special pho. The garlic edamame was the perfect combination, not too garlicky. The soup was unbelievable. The flavors of all the ingredients really went well together. By far one of the best pho soups I have ever had. My daughter, the picky one, chose plain pho. They even brought her soup as plain as she wanted it. This is a small issue we have everywhere we go. We will definitely be back. This is a must try if you are ever in Casa de Oro.

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. My family and I love the food as well as the kind family that always provides us with excellent, fast service. The Dancing beef melts in your mouth and is incredibly tender, Flavorful and sooooo Delicious! The flavor of the Beef Pho broth is the best we’ve ever had and you can tell it’s made with high quality ingredients. Always a pleasure and worth the drive. We try to go once a week at least. I highly recommend Pho Olala! 🙂

Food is pretty good. Sometimes a little heavy on the soy sauce. But the service when I pick up my food is bad. As soon as they know it’s a door dash pickup they have an attitude. I called to ask if they had a drink before I order through door dash. And they answered with “hello, hello (I ask about the drink) we don’t have it” and rudely hung up. This is not the first time. I ordered from Lakeside pho and grill instead.

First of all, the food is delicious and most of the employees here are really nice. However, one of the waiters is quite rude and acts like he does not enjoy working there at all. Before the pandemic, my family and I would eat here and this waiter always seemed to have an attitude. He kind of made us feel uncomfortable, but it wasn’t enough to stop us from going back.
I phoned in an order a few weeks ago and I am sure that it was the same waiter with the attitude who picked up the phone. He came off as rude from the exact moment he answered the phone. He had me guessing around the entire menu, because they did not have some meals available. It’s fine not to have meals, but he could have at least told me what they do or don’t have. Then, he ends the call without even asking for my name. Later, the waiter calls me back to tell me that the food is ready. Before I can clarify that my dad would be picking up the food, he hangs up on me mid-sentence. Shortly after, my dad calls me because they told him that no orders were ever placed. I told him that they just called me telling me that the food was ready. That’s when the waiter changed his tune and gave my dad the order.
This waiter is extremely unprofessional and does not belong in the service industry. His behavior has become worse over time and there is no need to come off negatively towards the customers who come to his family’s business. Such a shame, because I really did like their food. But it is time to move on. I’ve had enough of his behavior.

We had been wanting to try this restaurant out for some time. We had the chicken and pork sandwiches with Thai tea. The bread was perfectly crunchy, and the meats and fillings were very good. The owners very very gracious and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bad experience with soup and chicken rice. Salad moldy and wilted. Basil was also moldy and black. I think they give the bad stuff to the deliveries and bet that people won’t say anything on reviews. I had to heat my soup. And the chicken was cold. Flimsy Styrofoam containers. Watered down soup….no good. Peanut sauce nasty too. Had to throw it all out.
