I had a bit of a mixed experience at Pho Noodle Station. There were some things I really enjoyed, but the service and the standard Pho left a lot to be desired.
• The Good: I tried the Curry Pho, which was unique and actually delicious—definitely the highlight of the meal. The Fried Shrimp was also solid and tasty. To drink, I had the Vietnamese Iced Tea, which was perfect—not too sweet and very refreshing.
• The Bad: I also ordered the #38 Pho, but it was pretty bland and lacked flavor. Compared to other places I’ve been, it just didn’t have that rich, authentic broth taste.
• The Service: The service was disappointing. I ordered beef spring rolls, but they were completely forgotten and never brought out. By the time I finished my soup, I didn’t even want them anymore.
Overall, the food is “alright,” but the consistency isn’t quite there. If you go, stick to the Curry Pho and keep an eye on your order to make sure everything actually makes it to the table!

This is a very unique place. I love the setting, but it is very tight. And they seem to cram people in tight spaces when there are more open seating. Or it was just me. But overall, it’s very good and clean. The bathroom men, especially, are superb. I give for food 5 star rating everything else 4

Choose something on the menu thats starred if you can’t decide lol this is v33 with the round beef slices and it’s really good. Their Thai ice tea the first time I had it was really bitter but it was kinda late in the day. The second time I got the tea was much better lol

Pho is pho-nomenal.
Honestly, the only thing missing is being open past 2am, because this would absolutely pho-sure save lives late night. Straight up medicine for the soul.
Peace. Love. Joy.
Did I mention the pho is pho-nomenal? The broth warms your soul. The dumplings are delicious, and I’ve had their lemongrass chicken before, which was also very veryyy good but somehow the pho always wins. When the broth hits, it pho-gets everything else.

I love coming here! Its a go to spot when i want a warm and filling dish, especially in this very cold weather. The staff is really welcoming and they are quick to serve you.

It’s hard to mess up pho—the broth here was pretty good. However, I will say that the chili oil was thin and lacked flavor, scent, and spice. I will also say that the amount of protein provided in each dish was less than standard.

My girlfriend and I went here a while ago. It was quite busy and kinda loud however we got a seat pretty quick and our server was pretty nice and straightforward lol. My first time having pho and it was pretty good. Although I wish there was more meat given and the chili paste was more oily and flavorless than usual. Other than that pretty solid.

Edit: I came back and the pork rice plate was not good as the pork was overcooked, had a lot of burnt pieces, and the waitress forgot to put an egg on top. We tried getting a free drink by doing a review and ordered a drink and were told that we were only able to get soda free and nothing else, which is misleading. The pho and rice vermicelli is good but the service is not great.
Although the wait was rather long, it was worth it as I feasted my eyes on the most delicious noodles in the Champaign area. I missed this taste and I slurped the entirety of my meal. This felt hearty and contentful and I only have a picture of my finished meal
