This is a hidden gem in East Peoria! The coconut smoothie with boba was fresh and delicious, the peanut butter chicken was cooked perfectly and crispy, pho was sizzling hot snd flavorful, and the appetizers were yummy too! Great ambiance. The only thing is there aren’t many choices for beer.

Very slow service, seemingly from low staff. There was a guy behind a bar but there were no seats or people at the bar, it’s very odd. The place is like a U but upside down. You come in on one start of the U then wait to sit where I took the picture. Then you walk around the sinks, which is an odd thing to say, and behind them to the other side of the U to the dining area. Food flavor was ok, but small serving of meat when you pay $18 for pho. Very underwhelming. They also served cilantro on the side, don’t quite understand that as it should be Thai basil, not Italian or sweet basil. If you don’t mind waiting a while for seating, ordering, check and paying extra for pho then it’s worth a shot.

Missed it by just that much…this place has some great potential and ambiance! There are small touches that are missing that keep this place from reaching awesome.

Korean Street Tacos – the meat was pulverized and really took away from the flavor of the taco and crispness of the taco shell.

Boba – had a very synthetic and syrup taste

Spring rolls – great crisp and flavor sauce was too sugary.

Now I absolutely LOVE Vietnamese cuisine. But this spot is NOT authentic Vietnamese or Pho. Like, I don’t even know if any Vietnamese people work in the kitchen or own this restaurant. Because, it’s missing signature Vietnamese &/or Asian spices/flavors & fresh herbs typically & traditionally given as Pho garnish like fresh Dandelion Greens & a bunch of Purple or Sweet Basil. Now while the serving size is perfect it tasted very very bland even after adding soy sauce, Hosin & a twist of fresh lime juice. I even ordered the FirePho and it wasn’t hardly on fire not even a little bit. But the restaurant was really cute, loved the colorful street art and modern decor. Besides that, hopefully, it will get better & better with time. But for people new to Vietnamese food this is a mild, no frills, basic start.

Absolutely love visiting this place!
Their Banh Mi sandwich is the best ( tried the vegan option). The Flat noodle stir fry is good too!
The pho is a comforting bowl.
The summer rolls are good. But I would like to see more vegetarian options in the starters. Every time I come here, I end up taking summer roles.
They have a very good ambience.
I wish they are open in the afternoons.
Overall a very good place to try!

A good pho place in Peoria. The ambience is very nice. The drawing / decor was colorful. The staff are friendly and polite. The pho was good and the portions are huge. The dumplings are ok but the sauce was very good. The Kung pao shrimp was also very good with lots of veggies. Thai tea with popping bubbles was ok. It was very expensive.

PHO noodle shop in Peoria is a hidden gem for lovers of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The small and cozy restaurant offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, including the eponymous pho noodle soup, as well as other popular favorites like spring rolls, banh mi sandwiches, and vermicelli bowls. Our favorite its their fried rice with tofu.

One of the standout features of the restaurant is the quality of their pho broth. It’s rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned, and the noodles are cooked to the perfect al dente texture. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable.

The service is also great, with friendly and attentive staff that are happy to make recommendations and answer any questions. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

If you’re looking for delicious and authentic Vietnamese food in Peoria, PHO noodle shop is a must-visit. The variety of options on the menu, quality of the food and friendly service make it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I highly recommend the Pho noodle soup, it’s definitely a must-try!

Food was Delish! Had the Fire Phó with a side of extra noodles and added meatballa plus steamed Dumplings. For the drive back to Springfield, I also had Vietnamese Coffee. Whenever I’m in Peoria, I have to get me Phó there. RECOMMEND!!

2nd time through. Definitely making my drives through Peoria worth it.

Bobby tea is solid and pho is reasonably priced.

Atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly.

The sign at the front is also pretty funny.
