This was my first time trying Pho (FINALLY) and Pho Noodle Cafe was wicked good. Very friendly staff. They give you an array of garnishes, and you can ask for extra broth and/or extra noodles. The regular size bowl was perfect for lunch.
Right now they are still trying to get a liquor license so they allow guests to BYOB, FYI!
They are open from 11:30 – 8 but sometimes close early if they run out of Pho.
I highly recommend!!!

Most locals say that the Pho place in Frisco is the best in the county, well after eating both of them multiple times, I can confidently say this place is the best in the county and one of the best in the state! I come here 3 times a week minimum. Eat here!! You won’t regret it!

This Pho restaurant on the left hand side of the north end of the main drag in Silverthorne, past the outlet mall and Target, is a must try after a day skiing!
I’ve eaten at many Pho restaurants from NYC to Chicago and many smaller cities. The beef broth is as rich and delicious as any place I’ve been while the chicken let a little to be desired.
As others have mentioned, the service is above and beyond, especially for a resort town. We ordered take out. Rather than just giving us Pho fully prepared, where the noodles would sit in the hot broth and get soggy, they packaged them separately and we added them when we were ready to eat. I asked for siracha to go and of course they obliged but also encouraged me to try their garlic chili sauce which was a great addition to the Pho.
While we were waiting for our order to be ready, they even have my 4 year old a little bowl of lychee ice cream to try. I highly recommend supporting this small, family owned business!

Such a yummy experience! I love finding the most authentic dishes and it really hit home here. If you ask how to properly eat Pho, the Chef was more than happy to demonstrate!

Wow, very pleasantly surprised by this place as it looks so unassuming from the outside. We were warmly greeted by the server and owner/chef, John, as we walked in for a Sunday lunch. The food is very fresh and authentic and you can tell that John takes great pride in his restaurant and food. I highly recommend you make the trip here for a meal – it might be a bit off the beaten track but you won’t be disappointed when you get there! And prices were great too.

This was a great restraunt! We came from Texas all the way to Denver and it was the best pho restraunt by far! The service is super friendly and their is much detail that goes into the food. Definitely a must if you are traveling in colorado!!

The servers were awesome, and the broth was tasty… but in a generic American beef soup sorta way. Coming from somone who eats pho A LOT, it was tasty, but it wasn’t pho. Something was missing. The beef was also odd, it wasn’t bad, but as I was eating it, it reminded me of canadian bacon rather than beef lol. Overall okay. Good if you just want beef soup, not good if you actually want pho. Also, the side servings of lime and bean sprouts was really sad. We ordered 2 bowls of soup and got this teeny little plate… they needed to at least double the stuff you add.
