Reviews
The pho broth was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Each bowl was filled with a generous portion of tender noodles, fresh herbs, and a well-selected mix of meats. It was comforting and satisfying, making it clear that a lot of care went into crafting this dish.
As for the fried spring rolls, they were tasty but a bit tougher than I expected. While they had a good flavor and a satisfying crunch on the outside, the texture could use a little improvement. However, this minor quibble did not overshadow the overall enjoyment of our meal.
Overall, Pho Nom Nom has earned a special place in my heart, and I have no doubt that it will become my go-to Vietnamese restaurant from now on. If you’re in the mood for delicious pho and authentic Vietnamese flavors, I highly recommend giving Pho Nom Nom a try!
I arrived around 1pm when there were still some available tables, but the place started to fill up shortly after. We were given menus, but no one came to take our order. We had to flag down one of the servers and ordered Pho.
After a few minutes, someone from the kitchen brought the soup — but without any utensils or the usual fresh vegetables that come with it. We had to call the server again, and it took several more minutes before everything arrived.
Another strange thing: I always order the Large size, and it’s usually plenty — sometimes even too much. But this time, even though I ordered the large, it clearly looked like a Small. I couldn’t help but feel a bit deceived — are they practicing a bit of “shrinkflation” here?
Once the restaurant got busier, the servers started cleaning our table and taking away our dishes, as if they were trying to rush us to leave. It felt really unpleasant.
When I went to pay, the cashier didn’t even know what my order was because apparently no one had recorded it. She kept asking me what I had eaten — total disorganization.
I honestly thought about leaving the minimum tip for the poor service, but I still left 15%.
It’s a shame to see a restaurant that used to have great service start to decline once it feels it already has a loyal customer base. Just something for them to reflect on.
Not sure if I’ll be coming back.
Also it was quite loud in the restaurant they had an ice machine (or maybe someone hacking ice) every 5 minutes. I recommend ordering take out.
We came in June on a nearly 90-degree day, and it felt like there was no air conditioning inside the restaurant. By the time we finished eating, we were literally sweating — not ideal for enjoying a hot bowl of pho.
That said, the pho itself was quite good. The broth was flavorful, the noodles had a nice chewy texture, and the side garnishes — fresh Thai basil and bean sprouts — were crisp and clean. Portion sizes were on the small side, but you can ask for more garnishes if needed.
Overall, the food was enjoyable, but I’d suggest coming during cooler weather for a more pleasant experience.
Also, the guy who served me was really friendly — it made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely come back with a friend.
BUT….
They have some of the best Vietnamese sandwich here and pho soup base. And for the price they charge, these dishes came in great value.
Parking is tight. Limited with many businesses in the same shopping center share them.
Highly recommend to check this spot out if you are looking for authentic Vietnamese pho.
