Authentic Vietnamese food! They offer Mi Quang which is an amazing noodle dish that not all Vietnamese restaurants offer. I ordered the broken rice myself as I wasn’t feeling for noodles and it was delicious.
Also had a ice soya milk and longan herbal tea to drink, service was quick and the shop is a bit compact but clean. Portions are generous and affordable as well. Thanks for the food Pho Nho! Had a lovely dinner.

The environment and service here are excellent, and they also offer a wide variety of sauces. On a cold day, the hot stone pot noodle soup is a must-order — it keeps the food warm for longer. The portion sizes here are also truly generous.

Phở Nhớ is a Vietnamese Authentic restaurant that I really love. I often order takeaway through Uber Eats to my workplace, and every dish here is delicious. In the Springvale area, I particularly enjoy the cơm tấm; the grilled pork chop is tender, perfectly seasoned, and not at all dry, while the egg is fried sunny side-up. The fish sauce is also excellent, combined with crispy pork cracklings, it enhances the harmony of the dish. The free range chicken pho comes with plenty of toppings. If you visit the restaurant, be sure to try the stone bowl pho, which stays hot for a long time; it’s a delightful experience. They also prepare a variety of seasonings with notes for each one, which is very thoughtful. The prices are slightly higher than average, but it’s definitely worth it. The staff are friendly and cheerful. This is definitely a place worth visiting!

Even though this is a pho joint, my mate had a large bun bo hue and I had a large hu tieu.
Both bowls were larger than expected, I found the hu tieu was similar to how mum makes it, especially the soup!
Will be keen to give the pho a try next time.

Try it guy. It tastes nice. The chicken pho is also good. Look like they cook the free range chicken for us. The soup is so flavourful. The stuff is friendly. I tried coconut juice with lemon as well. Tastes so different but so far so good. About $22 for a pho as u can see in the picture

This restaurant has delicious authentic Vietnamese noodles. I am in love with all the dishes here. I haven’t try the clam with vermicelli yet as I am not a fan of clam. I tried Bun bo hue and I am a big fan of it. I love Mi quang and the Pho Bo (beef pho) here. The special thing is that each noodle has a separate chilli oil or chilli jam for it. How amazing that it! The price is affordable compare to the cost nowadays and the value of the dishes. I am so thankfully, we finally have a good place of Vietnamese food in the area. I hope the restaurant will keep up the good work, remain the tasty food and the service.
