Great Flavor, fast and friendly customer service. Although we order tofu spring rolls, we received shrimp spring rolls instead, regardless, they were delicious and fresh.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had such delicious and authentic Hanoi-style Bún Chả. The grilled meat was tender, and there was plenty of fresh herbs and noodles to go with it. I also tried the Phở, fried rice, and spring rolls. I found the prices to be reasonable considering the quality of the food.

When you walk in the place looks cute and nice music. The waitress on the other hand was dry. No expression what so ever. No hi or smile. Just do u know what you want. Their peanut sauce for the spring rolls is bland and very different. Their Vietnamese sandwich was cheap. I could of done it at home.
I really liked their noodles for Pho soup, but not much flavor. Service is terrible!

This place used to be our go-to spot whenever my family craved pho for the past years, but both the service and food quality have gone downhill dramatically. The servers no longer have a welcoming attitude. The pho is now bland and disappointing. The spring roll sauce is far too thick and tastes like it has way too much peanut butter instead of the proper hoisin balance.

We came for lunch today and had to rush through our meal in about 40 minutes because the rap music was extremely loud and uncomfortable. We gave this place three more chances after noticing the decline, hoping it would improve, but after today, we will not be coming back. I no longer recommend this place to anyone.

This little restaurant is such a great vibe, so peaceful and the service is amazing. It feels like home. The food is beyond good, and reasonably priced. It has become a regular stop for me and my kids. We love Nguyen pho ❤️ thank you for the yummy food and kind service!

I ordered the pho to go and when I got home I noticed all the veggies and limes were bruised and brown. My bahn mi was dry and looked old. I put it together anyway and ate it. The pics are from home. The first time I ate there it was great take away. Not sure what happened. ‍♀️

I went there today and was charged $284.56 on my card for a meal that was $28.46. A lackadasical attitude from the staff didn’t make it any better. The lady actually laughed afterwards. The young boy who came to fix it was just as amused. Never again will I waste my hard earned money on a place that doesn’t take their mistakes or their customers hard earned money seriously. Also I usually go to Biffs or The Siagon Market for my Vietnamese food. I’d advise you to do the same. Not worth the headache. Very unprofessional.

I walked in and the first thing the waitress asked me was if I was picking up a food delivery for someone. Nothing about my behavior, the way I was dressed, or anything I said gave the impression that I was delivering food. That’s a very ugly way to greet your 1st time customer. My mother and I will eat Pho somewhere else for Valentine’s day

We came here for lunch so my husband could have some pho. I forgot to take a photo of his meal but he had the F1. Pho Dac Biet. He enjoyed it. I was happy to see they served Vietnamese sandwiches so I ordered the S4. Banh Mi Ga Nuong and accidentally ordered the fried egg with it. The staff member apologized for not understanding me. I enjoyed the sandwich.

Food was amazing! Came already with onions and other veggies added to it so I just topped it off with some basil and sauces. Didn’t need anything really though, great flavor. This is the “large” in the image, they do have an extra large as well if you’re really hungry I imagine.
Get the pot of Green Tea, such good tea, made us warm up after the rain storms. Skip the appetizer, pho was good enough and the apps aren’t their specialty I think (first time and first order so don’t hold me to that comment), but overall just super quick, super yummy, and will be back!
