First visit. Looking for a different Pho place to try and found this. Had the Pho Special in small. Just the right size for me. Adequate meat and side veggies to go with it. The taste is spot on. Had the Mango Boba as well and was good. The place is relatively small and looks to be family-owned which meant you’ll get homemade-style cooking and it showed on their yummy dishes. Restaurant is clean and service is great.

Just moved into the area and found this place on a whim. Excellent food and service. I was surprised it wasn’t packed since the prices are on point and even slightly under IMHO. Met the new owners that took over a few months back. I think they are doing a fantastic job delivering quality products! I wish them the best and will continue to support this local establishment.

I got delivery from here (chicken pho and egg rolls) and it is really good! Always a risk trying a new place but I’m so happy i did. The portion is hearty. I love how the chicken is in chunks and not slices. I asked for extra bean sprouts and they gave me a ton so I really appreciate that. The pho broth has good flavor and the egg rolls are fried nicely. Not greasy. A lot of the dishes on the menu look good. I can’t wait to come try more food.

Staff were incredibly attentive and food was authentic. Atmosphere was good, but it definitely had that strip mall, shopping plaza vibe. Reasonable prices.

We used to love this place but lately prices have skyrocketed & protein portions for pho are incredibly small. I’m paying more for less of what we used to get, which stinks because this place used to be a staple for us!
Edited to add: yes I simply moved the chicken to the square to show how much we received, that’s the only difference in how we received it assembled. Also, we have been coming here for about 2 years, so that’s the time frame we have seen a price increase.

Good beef broth with the Pho. I got the Pho special which comes with all the (beef) meat. Pho is all about the soup base, if you have it right you have the right pho flavor. Not the best place to sit down and social eat, but not bad tasting noodles.

If you’re still thinking about coming to this place you need to get going! It’s my first time coming to this place I work out of town a lot and I like to try new things it’s not my first time having pho, but it’s definitely one of the best I’ve ever had I had the beef pho with beef flank, tendon, and meatball come and check this place out I highly recommend it
Sorry I did not have any photos I ate my food before I could remember to take any

I’m still exploring pho places in the area so I’m not sure I can give it a 5/5 to say it really stands out, but it’s not bad!
For my first time in I got the bun bo hue, which for as bright red as it looks, was surprisingly not particularly spicy. On one hand I could have gone for some more heat and might order it that way next time, but it also didn’t overpower the broth flavor – and that’s a good thing. Just adds kind of a chili oil flavor to it.
As for price point – as I’m writing this (April ’23) part of me feels like it’s a bit steep for a bowl of pho, but in fairness other places in the area are about the same and it seems like everything is getting a little more expensive lately.
It’s a small, casual, family-run Vietnamese place and the people working there are really friendly. I might not say you need to drive up from Charlotte to go here, but it’s worth checking out as a local spot.

Really lovely Pho place in Cornelius. I’ve had the #16 seafood bowl (below) and the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce. Both great! The owner is super friendly, and the staff as well. Clean and free wifi. Will be back!

I wanted to so want to have this place as the pho spot to hit up especially around my area there isn’t much pho places to eat at. Was very disappointed in the special pho noodle ordered. There was literally nothing special about it. It had meatballs and sliced beef (don’t think it was brisket but eye of round). I had asked what happened to the tripe, tendons, and beed flank. Waitress said they took it out since people don’t eat it so it goes to waste. It totally contradicts the price they put on their menu as it literally state those less the tripe. Shouldn’t the price adjust for not having it? It’s literally a meatball pho with beef eye of round (no green onions, cilantro, or white onions)!!! Won’t be going back as it’s not a true pho place. The community should be given the authenticity of how pho is and not the other way around. Still have all meats stated on menu and just have customers omit what they don’t want. Will have to drive farther back out to Charlotte for authentic pho now or continue to make my own. 2 stars since the waitress was nice and a star for opening til 11pm (hence why I went there as the other pho place near it closed at 8pm).
