Hands down the best pho in the Seattle area! The flavors are deep and traditional, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and every bowl tastes like it’s made with real care. The staff treats you like family, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for how good everything is.

It’s a good place for the beef noodle soup, as well as the duck noodle soup. I have also tried the congee. I believe the Bon Bo Hue is all right.
The owners are nice, and the view from the window is a plus. However, the stairs going up to the restaurant are a bit unpleasant. The homeless always hanging out there.

My Chau restaurant near Ba Mien market is a Vietnamese restaurant with a variety of dishes: broken rice, pho, noodles, especially duck bamboo shoot vermicelli (a typical Vietnamese dish) … fresh food and suitable for Vietnamese people. Nearby there is a shop selling sweet soup and quite attractive street food.

Pretty good pho. They offer a wide variety of menus. I wanted eat a bamboo duck noodle soup but it was out. I had chicken pho instead. The broth was thicker and a bit a salty side compared to other places. I thought the toppings for the noodle were a bit skimpy as well. The dish tasted good. No vegetarian / no vegan dishes ( may be you can ask to modify ingredients for some of the dishes). Parking lot available.
Went back to eat different dishes.
We had duck noodle soup, spring rolls ( not cooked ones), pho. They were very accommodating with our needs. Food was very good. They were busy and we had a hard time to get their attention though.

I’m a vegetarian and there is nothing veg on the menu, but I took a chance on asking for vegetarian bun (rice vermicelli bowl) with tofu and they made me a beautiful one. See picture below. Very fast and kind service. Definitely a neighborhood crowd.
