Visited this counter service at a dining hall with plenty of options. No ambiance really other than chairs and tables set fairly close together and busy crowds milling. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the pho and bun, tho compared to sit down pho places, they were maybe only 2/3 the size. The milk tea and eggrolls were average. Not bad for a quick stop.

To eat, we grabbed the pho shrimp and vermicelli w/chicken. I thought it was all very tasty and portions were good. Now to drink, we got the mango smoothie and the avocado smoothie, and these were very good. Will definitely come again.

Was pleasantly surprised at how good the broth was. I was expecting Clay-Pot level bad, overly sweet food but the pho was actually really good and my food came out in less than 5 minutes. I just felt the portions were a little small but I would eat here again!

Ate at the Union Grove location in Woodway as 1st timers! We ordered – Vietnamese coffee, shrimp pho, Vietnamese curry, & egg rolls. Got coffee right away. Food wait time was about 10 minutes, came out fresh and hot! Their decor and atmosphere was on character and welcoming. Staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed everything we ordered! Portions were very adequate – we were not able to finish our meals, but we eat til we are full… not til food is gone. Overall we would eat here again!

Our food was so delicious we ate it before we stopped to think to take a picture! We moved here in 2017 and the one thing we’ve missed was our favorite pho place. We found this place and it has exceeded our expectations and is now our new favorite place. The portions go above and beyond for the price you pay – we were used to getting half the amount for the same price and now we just feel spoiled! We both ordered the #2, which was loaded with meat and included all of our favorite toppings. We also ordered a #7, the spring rolls, and they were so fresh and the peanut sauce was the best I have ever had. We’ve been here twice now, a couple of months apart, and the quality hasn’t changed one bit – still hot and delicious (even to-go!). We sat down to eat our food maybe 40 minutes after we picked up our order and the broth was still hot like it was fresh out of the pot. Truly an authentic taste and flavor and I am so happy to get to enjoy their presence in Waco!

New stall at union hall. This is some the of the best Pho I’ve had in my life. They have a GREAT broth, very flavorful. Kind and friendly owners. We ordered three portions of pho and they let us come back and get the third one to take home for later instead of having to eat both there/would be hot.
We both got the beef pho and an order of the spring rolls! They do have other options that have chicken and shrimp or you can get no meats at all. Great prices!
