The boat noodle broth was ok could use more flavor but the noodle to meat ratio for a small size was excellent. Price is decent for most dishes.
I wouldn’t mind coming back to try other dishes. Also there is plenty of parking and the venue is good size.
The atmosphere is good it’s very peaceful. The server forgot my beverage though helped happily after I asked again. I ordered the chicken with veggies, spring rolls and my mother ordered pho
Staff was nice to us.
We ordered Mongolian Beef, Pho, and a spicy chicken dish.
The pho is very different than what I am used to. It almost tasted like an instant noodle *thai packaged ones.
It was packed with tons of protein.
It wasn’t bad. Very different though. Something you would just have to try for yourself.
The other 2 dishes were flavorful and very large orders, enough to feed 2 people.
Not even busy. Will not return. Highly Don’t Recommend.
FOOD:
The food I order was fine. I order the pho combo with crispy pork belly on the side. It was an ok amount of pho and meat. I was neither starving or full after finishing it. The pork belly was crispy and not burnt and had no flavor. Above average price. My brother got the boat noodle and according to him, his shrimp was overdone. It was worst shrimp he had ever had in his life.
SEVERICE:
Our host/waiter serve us water with little ice in it on this hot day. We had to ask for 2 cup full of ice and extra napkins. He didn’t check on us at all after serving our food and I needed a fork to scoop up my pho noodle because chopsticks can only go so far before you need one. I also didn’t get any water refills after I had finish my water. The men restroom ran out of hand soap when I went to go wash my hand before eating and I informed the host/waiter. It wasn’t refill even after I got done eating and need to wash my hand again.
ATMOSPHERE:
Hot day today and not even a fan or a/c on. It was not a comfortable temperature. I had to go cool down in the restroom and splash cold water on my face.
Called to express my concerns and rather than provide good customer service, they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong and wasn’t seeing what I was seeing (photos attached). Not the way to do business.
Edited to add: They then tracked down my personal business page 2 yrs later and left a 1 star review as revenge when they have never done business with me. How petty and unprofessional… wow.
If you are nearby or want to check this out, definitely recommend it.
Past Review: Had their deluxe coffee and vermicelli noodle salad. Spot on delicious and very flavorful.
Also had their combination pho. Very comforting for a cold day.
The chicken curry noodle soup wasn’t just chicken. I love that it also had shrimp and Asian meatballs. It came with bean sprouts, iceberg lettuce, lime wedge, and a very small amount of cilantro and green onion. I really wish it came with cabbage and not lettuce. And I wish there were more cilantro and green onion. There was a small side of chili oil, which I appreciate.
The pad see ew and papaya salad portions were very small. They taste great and the papaya salad was made with fresh pepper so it was spicy, but I wish they didn’t fill it with iceberg lettuce wedges on the side just to take up space. Should have given more papaya salad. In addition, cabbage would have been better instead of lettuce.
Pad thai was missing peanuts. The husband said maybe they left out the peanuts because so many people have nut allergy. But the dish would have been completed if it had peanuts.
Flavor with every dish was on point. Price is on the higher end and appetizers were not on the list for delivery. So we’ll have to try dining in next time so we can try their appetizers and other dishes. We spent almost $100 with this order of 4 entrée. Definitely not something we can afford to eat at often, but once in a while; unless you can afford it. We definitely will eat here again.
