Ate here for dinner on Sunday night. Not the safest part of the city, you’ll be more comfortable coming here during daylight. This place is usually quite busy and has the biggest portions for steamed rice dishes with a huge variety on the plate as you can see from the pictures for $17.50. Pork rinds, cucumber, tomato, pickled daikon, carrots, and cabbage. All on top of a huge amount of rice. The meat was good, soft with flavour and comes with a good side soup. Huge cup of pickled garlic on the table. Overall I’ll give this place 4 stars, I’m taking off a star for serving the soup in a bowl with multiple chips on the rim as you can see in the pictures.

The food was so delicious, the sauces were amazing and the milkshakes are the best. Great service and good price for the portions. I recommend this place 100%!

Feel like the food had changed. We used to eat here a lot for their Rib Soup Pho but will reconsider coming back. The food became really sweet. The portion is big and filling. There also was a bug in one of our order which was a bummer but we still finished our food. Forgot to take a picture of the Rib Soup Pho but we took a picture of the menu on the wall. The meat was tougher than before. (August 2025)

The food at Pho Mi Viet Hoa was excellent. The meat was fresh and generous, and the broth had great flavor. Service was fast and prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

A pretty interesting place, totally Vietnamese I want to think, the service is adequate and I think one of the best prices I’ve seen in GTA, the portions are large, the atmosphere maybe a little noisy but I want to think it’s suitable to have a good time with friends

The 512 is the best Com Tam in Ontario. Truly stupendous and unbeatable. It would be my first meal, my last meal and the same meal I’d come in for once a week even if I hit on 649. Always fast, efficient and friendly service. Never regret bringing my business here. Good people, great food. Can’t be beat

I ordered the beef and rice and a bowl of pho, and honestly, it was the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. Everything was super flavourful and fresh. The service was amazing too — everyone was so warm and friendly, it really made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tried this place out for the first time and I really enjoyed my meal.
The menu had lots of options so it was hard to decide what to have. Ended up having for an appetizer, Vietnamese Shrimp Fresh Rolls and for the main dish Pho Dac Biet. I order a large Pho not sure on how big a large would be, I could have ordered a medium as the bowls were huge. Both dishes were great and I walked away very full.

Visited on a Thursday for a late lunch, so it wasn’t too busy. We were seated right away, and given iced tea which I appreciated, since it was quite hot that afternoon. Upon sitting down, I noticed that in addition to the usual condiments, there were some house made ones that I haven’t seen at other restaurants. There was pickled garlic and a spicy pepper mix. The spicy peppers had a nice kick and tanginess.
We ordered the Goi Tom Cuon (shrimp fresh rolls) Bun Bo Nuong ( Bun with grilled beef and spring roll) and the Pho Dac Biet (Special beef rice noodle soup) As other reviewers mentioned, the portion sizes of the pho are huge. The large bowl here would be an extra large at other places. Everything was good, but particularly enjoyed the peanut dipping sauce that came with the fresh rolls and the spring roll that come with the Bun.
Be sure to mention if there are any ingredients you want to avoid. I didn’t think to do so, and didn’t realize that they used chicharrónes as a garnish on the Bun, which I don’t eat. I was ok with removing it, but it could be an issue for others.
Overall well worth the visit, as the service was fast, portions were generous and prices were decent. My only critique would be that the washroom was not the cleanest.

Authentic viet pho was served here. The broth was super good here. The service was so fast. I literally just gave my order and my bowl came right out. The place was jammed packed when we came there was seats but packed. Very large turn around customers coming which tells us food is good here. The medium size was quite portioned for me. After adding in all the sauces and condiments that spicy thing in the cup has a good kick to it. It def amps up the the soup tasting. Would def be back here A++++ the servers were so quick we didn’t get their names.
