Amazing pho! Get a regular if youre not that hungry, if youre starving get a large but if u can handle it get extra large.
We finished 5 bowls all in 10minutes. It was very filling, savoury and refreshing. The portions are generous, a lot of soup but cant complain because it’s very good.
The staff are very nice and welcoming, the whole place is nice and clean. (Including the bathrooms) The sauces included hoisin sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, salt and pepper

Came in and got seated right away on a Friday night an hour before close.
Food was pretty solid for an Asian place in the middle of nowhere. Got the rice with shrimp and pineapple, ok flavour and good portion. The spring rolls are good, and the wings were a BIG deal. Hella good.
Service was mid ? Didn’t really clear stuff as we ate, had to ask for napkins, and the server didn’t understand us perfectly. Nothing to hate, just some small things to tidy up.
Liked the space, small and well kept. Kinda dingy but it works ! No music which was odd, but nothing weird.

Ive eaten here twice now. Once I sat in and ate and the other I ordered takeout. Both times I ordered the same thing. Spring rolls and beef stew. The food was pretty good. I feel like the portion was a decent size and it was very flavorful. I would like to try other things on the menu as the menu is quite large. Im leary as I don’t know what most things are and there is no description of what’s in the meal or photos of the food. When I ate in, I found that the servers seemed really busy and also weren’t very good at explaining things either, even when asked. The restaurant has a strange layout. Two of us went for dinner and we were seated at a table for 8. I also found the restaurant to be quite dirty.

I went here expecting this to be a normal Pho place, I ordered the chicken pho for take out and I have to say, this was the best chicken pho I have ever had!! I’d also like to mention that the staff was extremely friendly and my food was quick. It’s all super cute inside. If you are reading these reviews thinking about if you want to try it stop thinking and do it. Trust me you will NOT regret it.

Thank you Pho Max for brining the real authentic Asisan flavor on top quality to our town.
I love how they are not stingy with the ingrediants (fresh, good quality beef, shrimp, chicken, vegetables).
I love how they make everything so fresh and bring the dish so hot (Hot food just cooked makes a HUGE difference. Really wish they can keep up this for a prolonged time, not just during the grand opening)
I also love how they made an effort to bring more authentic and restaurent quality Asian imgrediants (for example, the rice noodle texture is thin and chewy, these noodles are not found within our town. Bubble tea pearls were very tasty and chewy as well)
One thing that got me a bit sad was that they had to remove Ciltrantro from their noodles due to allergy restrictions of most customers. But I wish if they could keep some in the kitchen for those who really want it. Ciltrantro in the soup makes such a big difference, their noodle soup will taste even better with the side Ciltrantro.
But overall, I am so thankful that we have an Awesome, top quality Asian food at affortable price. LONG LIVE THE PHO MAX !

The spring rolls and imperial rolls were great. The service was very fast and the waitress extremely friendly and kind! We liked our Pho but know that the Tom Yum is VERY spicy. It was perfect for a quick and fresh dinner.

I had shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce and the chicken pad thai. Both were pretty decent. The fresh rolls had a little basil in them as they should and tasted nice and fresh with good sized shrimp in them and the accompanying peanut sauce with superb. The pad thai was more of a peanut sauce then it was traditional flavors. I asked for spicy and I got what I asked for. It was the perfect amount of heat and to pretty tasty dish, so not quite what I was expecting when I ordered pad thai. When I was there before I got the pho and I remember thinking that there wasn’t a lot of flavor in it and not a whole lot of protein for the price. But it wasn’t bad either.
All in all that was a decent sit down at lunch. The server was super friendly with a very warm smile, food came fairly quickly, and it was a good experience overall.

This was a cozy little Vietnamese restaurant set in a converted house. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious, and the pho was hearty and full of great flavor. My friends and I were very happy with our meal. Plenty of herbs and toppings were given to doctor up the pho however you like. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant if you have a hankering for Vietnamese.
