Lyly and her team work hard. Running a small mom and pop restaurant is no easy task. We ate in and really enjoyed the food and LyLy’ service. They are doing a lot of take out and have a bunch of tables to sit at. I suggest going here for great casual food, especially the Vietnamese ones.

When I got my wisdom teeth removed, this place basically ensured that I ate a filling meal. Personally, this restaurant is my comfort spot and I look forward to always coming here. I honestly had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, which I really appreciate. The food was even better than I expected—everything tasted super fresh and full of flavor, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. I tried a couple of different dishes and loved every single one. The atmosphere was really comfortable too, like the kind of place you actually want to stay and hang out for a while. By the time I left, I was full and happy, and already planning what I want to try next time. It’s not often a restaurant makes me want to write a review, but this one definitely earned it!

Great takeout, it tastes like Pho, actual Vietnamese Pho! Is it a bit on the pricy side? Yes, what restaurant without a drive through is not this days. Is it actual authentic Pho that will warm you and make you smile on a cold day? Yes. While many times when visiting asian restaurants you are treated to a version of the food adapted to the region you are, Pho Ly’s food actually tastes like the real deal, rich broth, herbs and a portion that is just the right size! Do yourself a favor and grab some soup for dinner!

Great food and great service. Nothing too fancy just an honest pho restaurant, which i love. We got pho dac biet and bo kho. Also had the raw beef salad for appetizer and it was phenomenal. Would definitely be back!

Excited to try this place. A nice offering that they were doing 20% off for people to try it. I guess I was confused because after doing the math after looking at the menu prices it was not 20% off after advertised for their grand opening. So are they going to raise menu prices after June 14th? We got crab rangoons, pork egg rolls, pad thai w/chicken and seafood lo mein. Very fast service, called in an order and they quoted 5-10 minutes. Rangoons were good, but the rest of the dishes were VERY sweet. Good portions. I wish they listed what was in the seafood lomein— not a big fan of squid or imitation crab. The lomein tasted a bit soapy? I don’t usually find cilantro soapy also didn’t see cilantro traces in the food just green onion so I wasn’t a huge fan.

Pho prices are getting out of hand especially for such a small portion. Wasn’t feeling well so decided to get take out. This is what I got for $18, total rip off! There was no Sriracha and the garnishes were brown. This is my third time giving this place a try, will just make trips into Portland.

This place is truly amazing, worthy of each time I return. Maine is all too crowded with Thai restaurants, and Pho Ly stands as a refreshing Vietnamese alternative to the mundane. What can I say besides the authenticity of the food and atmosphere plus the friendliness of the owner and staff makes it a must go!

Great food and awesome service! I was in town for a work trip and got a grilled chicken + rice plate. It was amazing but the special fish sauce took it to another level. Super nice people too. Will be back again!
