Pho was a bit salty, stay away from the extra meat! not worth it, unless you ask to put the extra meat on the side. I asked for “Nước béo” and they didn’t even know what it was. All good, I’ve had worst. If you prefer atmosphere over authentic Pho flavors this is your place. Might visit again, there are other Pho Lucky that ive eaten at and was better.

Pho Lucky in Midtown Detroit serves some of the best pho around rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth has that authentic depth that keeps you wanting more. The bánh mì is also tasty, though it’s served on a smaller roll and not the traditional French bread you’d expect, but the flavors still come together really well.
Service is friendly and efficient, and the food comes out impressively fast perfect for a quick but satisfying meal. Overall, a great spot for pho lovers and anyone craving Vietnamese comfort food done right.

I’ve never been there before and haven’t had Pho in general in a long time. My kids were there once and really liked it. It was really yummy and filling.

This is a diamond in the rough. A gem I will say, been here a few times. They have a very difficult food challenge and at the time I tried it I was quite the competitor and failed . Still it was lots of fun. I would recommend trying their sandwiches with a side if pho very delicious.

First off we’d love the atmosphere second the food rated on a scale of one to 10 we give it to eight the atmosphere we give it also a eight but unfortunately Service we’re gonna give it to him and the reason why it’s because our waiter one never came back to check on us too. He forgot one of our drink drinks never came back and asked about your drinks and he wasn’t very warm and welcoming besides that it’s pretty much OK food gets a good grade ambience give a good grade. Customer service sucks.

The restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere is complemented by its delectable cuisine and noteworthy beverages. A standout drink is the coconut juicioso, which includes fresh coconut, adding a refreshing twist to the meal. WOW am I glad I came here! Stopped in for dinner with the fam on a whim before a Red Wings game (arena is down the street), and boy was I glad I did. While the ambiance leaves a little to be desired, the food is absolutely top notch, with authentic pho, banh mi, and Vietnamese rice dishes. The ingredients are fresh and the broths are nourishing — even my kids loved everything on the menu, including the summer rolls! Great place for a reasonably priced meal.

I’ve eaten here many times and always return. The Pho is absolutely delicious and the serving size is quite large! I had the Banh Mi, also known as a Vietnamese Slider and I highly recommend trying it as an appetizer, as it too was delicious! Always very friendly service and you never have to wait long for your food. On my last visit the owner surprised me with freshly cooked beef, still on the bone that he uses for the Pho (no charge). The meat melted in my mouth. If you’re looking for authentic, not expensive, and amazing food this is the place to go!
Pho Lucky deserves another five star review. The food and service continue to be amazing and I’m never been disappointed coming here. The owner always stops by the table to say hello and talk for a bit which is a nice touch. He’s genuinely a good guy and always pleasant to talk to. A must visit if you want good Vietnamese food! I wish you continued success in 2025!

The food was ok but the server charged us extra for everything he could. $10 for plain noodle. NO kids menu. The meat in the pho was scared, and over charged for one item. And on top of all of that a big mistake $400 on my CC pending for 2 days…
Service was totally careless, they never came back to check on us and the food.
The restaurant is nice and original, it can be improved though
