First time here and great experience. Food was so good. I enjoyed the Banh Xeo, but the pho was so good. The staff was welcoming and inviting. I took my parents here and we made small chat with an older couple and share food. What a great experience.

I got the Springs Rolls and Ban Mi to go. Sorry, but will not get my business again. Might as well call them iceberg lettuce and shrimp rolls. None of the usual filling that I’ve experienced in numerous other restaurants. The Ban Mi went right through me. Chicken tasted off.

Came in on a Friday night (3/24) and was able to get a table right away. Service was good, and food came out quick. Haven’t had Pho this good in a long time. I can easily say it’s the best in town. The banh mi was sooo good I could have eaten 2 of them. I would say it is worth a try.

Great Pho at this little unassuming restaurant. The place was clean. The service was good. The soup was excellent. I had tofu spring rolls and veggie pho. The accommodated an all veggie meal easily.

Heard about this new Asian restaurant and decided to stop by. The place was clean and customer was good. We ordered a bowl of pho and a bowl of vermicelli. The pho was good but the vermicelli could use a little work. Will definitely come back and try other dishes.

One particular server consistently displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. On multiple occasions, I requested a mix of hot and iced water, yet she repeatedly brought only hot water. Additionally, the water was delivered approximately 10 minutes after the food arrived, which reflects poor service timing.
More concerning was the payment interaction today. While I was selecting whether to receive my receipt by text or print, the server pressed a button on her side to bypass the receipt selection screen before I completed my choice. As a result, I did not receive a receipt. When I asked about it, she responded in a rude tone without providing clarification.
Skipping a customer’s receipt confirmation is not appropriate service practice. I hope management reviews this matter carefully, as consistent service quality and transparency are important for regular customers.
