I got a strawberry smoothie, they don’t even use real fruits, they use artificial powder. You can taste the artificial powder and it’s absolutely disgusting. They finally took our order after five mins of just cleaning around acting like they didn’t see us. After they took our order they stood around for a good 15 mins not making our orders, they would rather have cleaned. This place is terrible, would not recommend

I ordered the chicken and vegetable pho. I got a bowl of noodles with chunks of chicken. That’s it. No toppings. No vegetables. The man working was also very short and rude. I didn’t even have questions and he still acted like we were bothering him by ordering food. They also didn’t have what my son ordered so he ended up going somewhere else. I should have went with him.

I visited this shop and was not happy with my experience. I ordered two bubble teas that were listed for $4.99 each. According to their gay menu, the total should have been less than what I was charged. My bank statement shows I paid $13.53. When I paid at the counter, I was told the price was $13 flat. Even with a 9% sales tax on a $10 purchase, the total should not be more then $11! These place is shit and them workers are not even friendly!!

Worse pho ever. I took one bite, spit it out, and thru the whole container in the trash. Waste of money. No flavor to broth (at all) and noodles were hard. The pho tasted like dirty water. Also ordered a Boba tea and it was flavorless too.

Pho licious is directly outside the food court at Woodland Hills Mall. Good food, love shrimp soup, shrimp spring rolls are awesome…. This guy also has the cookie place right next door.

Lady working was very rude! I ordered 2 mango teas with popping pearls she brings me 2 milk teas. When i tell her i didn’t order milk teas she said i had to be more specific! Umm your menu clearly states you have teas and milk teas if i would of wanted milk tea that’s what i would said. She then says well i can remake them but it’s going to take awhile like it was my fault… Won’t be going back plus the cost is to much for the quality
