Great flavors . Sandwhich was tasty and the other things i tried were also tasty. I have to saw after eating sandwich i was left a little hungry. Staff friendly. They are Still working to perfect the menu . Has restroom. Would definitely try again especially since local.

Had dinner here and ordered the Bun Bo Hue! It was delicious: the broth was flavorful and well spiced and the proteins (beef shank, meatballs, and tendon) were generously portioned for a ‘regular’ size. The chili oil at the table is especially fragrant and delicious. Highly recommend adding it to the noodles if you want a warming, spicy addition!
A friend in our dinner group is vegetarian and the restaurant staff were really kind/professional in accommodating her and she really enjoyed her meal too! (Crispy tofu vermicelli noodle bowl)

Food was Great. Service is not the best. Seems they are understaffed which is something to consider. I got a hot tea on a plastic cup. Which for me is a big NO. I believe they need to invest in glass or possible porcelain kitchenware. The older Gentleman working there was very kind they try to go above and beyond which is always a nice Gesture. Music is calming and Area is Very Calming. You want fast service make sure you go somewhere else. If you want to relax and just enjoy a nice Bowl of Phó this is where you want to come. Looks like they Cut their stake flank when you order. I got it nice and pink when the bowl arrived and fully cooked when i mixed in my Condiments. I am Pleased eith this place but FOR SURE PORCELAIN OR GLASS Would be a Plus for HOT Drinks

Just not for me. We had to seat ourselves and get the menus and it took about 15 mins to get our order taken. After our order was taken it took about 45 mins to get our food and even then they only brought out 2/3 bowls of pho we ordered and I had to wait another 15 mins to get mine while the rest of the table already had their food. There is no attentiveness to the tables aside from when they take your order and bring the food. The chicken pho was very sweet which was definitely not for me.

Hands down the best restaurant in town. Did not expect this level of qualify from anywhere in the valley. Pho tastes incredibly authentic and is served with basil and mint. Delicate broth and the chicken/oxtail were excellent. Look forward to anything they add and will continue to try the rest of menu.
