Our new favorite spot in Warrenton! Easily the best pho in the area. Very fast and friendly service with a relaxed atmosphere. This will be a usual spot for us from now on. The owner told us the menu is smaller right now but will be expanding after they get settled in. Can’t wait to try everything!

I’ve wanted a Pho restaurant in Warrenton since 2002. My brother in law is Vietnamese and made authentic Vietnamese Pho and other dishes since I was married 30 years ago and it was from scratch and delicious. My wife and I have tried many Vietnamese restaurants all throughout Northern Va and in DC including Eden Center in 7 Corners.
It’s a small corner restaurant behind Carousel with light furnishings and seats 26 people. Arrive early and expect a wait because they are currently light staffed and busy.
Today we started with Autumn Rolls which are similar to Summer Rolls but have warm crispy pork, fresh basil lettuce and noodles served with a sweet dish sauce for dipping. I will never go back to summer rolls! Delicious! We ordered two more orders to go!
For our main lunch entree we ordered Beef Pho and vermicelli with shrimp as well as a lychee boba and a mango smoothie with boba. The Pho is at least a 9/10, crushing Faangs Thai version and the Vermicelli was a little over cooked and needed a request for additional sauce but the shrimp rocked!
This will be a staple for us moving forward weekly!
Highly recommended!

Sorry the only pic I got was half way through the meal but this place is really close to a four star experience. The service was amazing, super friendly staff. The marinated beef skewers were also DELICIOUS. Everything else needs a bit of work before this can compete with places in Manassas or Centerville/Chantilly. The prices for the entrees are fair. If you live in Warrenton it’s a good, local, convenient option but don’t expect your mind to be blown if you’ve eaten lots of Vietnamese before.

I found the new pho restaurant, Pho le, in Warrenton’s Waterloo Station
today. I had a small bowl of their beef pho with fresh bean sprouts, basil and hot pepper slices. It was all very good.
Trang (the owner?) and the other staff were very friendly and did a great job taking care of me. I will definitely go back there. Very satisfying.

It’s a new spot, they have some wrinkles to iron out, however, the food was well worth the extended wait. I had the beef pho and hubby had the chicken pho. Both bowls were amazing, broth was delicious. We also ordered their crispy spring rolls and Thai tea – delicious! Definitely recommend but again, new spot so be patient.

I’ll admit I was hesitant to try Pho Le Restaurant because the pictures online didn’t look great and honestly seemed a little sketchy. But I’m a pho junkie, so I had to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did. The reviews really don’t do this place justice. It’s clean, cozy, and very tasty with a welcoming vibe.
I love the simple menu that focuses on quality choices rather than an overwhelming list. The staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions. The pho itself is on point with rich broth, fresh toppings, and generous portions. For my personal taste, it had a bit more clove than I prefer, but I’ve had it that way at other places too. And for the record, I still ate the entire bowl.
I love supporting small local businesses, and this one has definitely earned a spot on my weekly rotation. Give them a try and be sure to tell them Steve was wrong about the clove (haha).

Im a big Pho lover. I was extremely excited when I found out about this Warrenton restaurant opening. Last week finally made it in. Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed. Broth was OK, but I ordered Large beef combo and got very few pieces of meat and not even 1 full meatball (which seem to be not the best quality). For the price on $20 for large I expect a lot more meat and better product. I’ve been in so many pho places over the years so I know what to expect. Price is another disappointment. $20 for Large with little overcooked meat is very overpriced. I work in Chantilly and other pho restaurants have significantly lower prices ($13-18 for L with $16 an average!) for better quality product. I really want this place to do better and hoping for them to take this feedback in account and improve. I would be happy to see a good Pho restaurant in our area. It would save me a drive to Fairfax/Chantilly.

I was impressed with the amount of herbs in the chicken Pho which is a great option if you have alpha gal because the chicken Pho is made with chicken broth. My only recommendation is that the noodles could of been a little fresher in the Pho. The vermicelli was very good. Great serving size for the price. It is very nice to have this variety in Warrenton.

Authentic. Some of the best Pho we’ve had. Slight mixup with our to-go, however worth the wait. Will be back.
