Reviews
Anyway, I had the special pho, shrimp egg rolls and a Jarritos! I did not like the egg rolls, they were mushy inside (see pic). However, I love that they have a drink cooler for options other than traditional drinks! Totally going back to this, and would highly recommend.
The flavor of the pho broth was a little underwhelming and left me wanting a stronger taste. The restaurant does take the time to create an authentic broth but may cut the time short, leading to a lighter flavor. Since the broth can easily make or break a good bowl of Pho, this broth is 4 out of 5 stars, which is great for a regular location. While it’s not the best in the area, it still has decent flavor. The chicken was a little chewy and did not soften after sitting in the broth for a while. The freshness of the chicken is questionable. As a frequent pho enthusiast, I was disappointed that this restaurant did not offer spring rolls, which is my go-to appetizer when judging a pho restaurant. This time I opted for the fried egg rolls and I was not impressed with the texture or flavor. Everything in the egg roll tasted old and lacked a desirable flavor.
The pho broth container and the chicken &noodles container were both of good quality, as there were no spills in the bag, and kept everything warm during delivery. However, the pho ingredients and the egg rolls were delivered in Styrofoam packaging which is environmentally irresponsible. As seen in the pictures, the container with the egg rolls was either cut or melted in an unusual way. I suspect the restaurant cut the box to allow for venting and to prevent melting. Getting rid of the Styrofoam containers would yield a higher service rating.
Overall, not too bad. I’d visit this restaurant again if I’m in the area.

The seafood pho contains a good amount of mixed seafood, especially clams. The pho broth is slightly less flavorful than some of the Vietnamese pho places, but that makes it easier to drink more of the soup here. They have a veggie bar with cilantro, onions, sprouts, basil leaves, and kimchi. Oh their kimchi is some of the best I’ve had. Has a deeper seafood flavor to it, which I love.
Tried the Donkatsu today and it was likely the best I’ve had in a long time. The meat almost melts in your mouth. The serving size is large, and it comes with two slices of the katsu, rice, some bone soup, cabbage salad, katsu sauce, curry, and slices of orange. Well worth the money.
The owners run the place and the lady at the front desk is super nice. The place is bright and clean.
We got Special Combo(12) and Spicy Pork Katsu(N4).
Pho broth was really good and katsu was so crispy! It was really delicious!
Workers are really nice and store looks really clean!
Wanna come back again♡
I was surprised to see how neat the interior was. There is a self serve area for cilantro, sprouts, onions, etc. (all so extremely fresh!). This is a plus for people who love adding to their pho! Of course also comes with kimchi because this is a Korean owned establishment it seems.
I’m Korean and really love the food! I ordered veggie egg rolls (I think vegan) and rare steak pho. So delicious, fresh, and portions are big! Prices are good too — $12-13 for a huge bowl of steak pho and $9-10 for 6 huge egg rolls.
I highly recommend! The woman at the counter is also so sweet. Support your local Ktown pho business!
