Seriously the best Beef Pho in SoCal and beyond!
Mike offered great service! And he passionately explained other dishes to try and a few off menu items.
What I loved about their pho –
– Generous green onions sliced as a garnish
– Broth was spectacularly well balanced (other pho places too much medicinal herby spice), not here!!!
– The rib eye well done (cooked in the back) was plentiful, when I thought I ate it all, I kept finding more meat
– This is a very satisfying portion
Usually other pho places the noodles are clumped together and take some time to separate, as well as it brings down the soup temp.
– NOT at Pho Lab
– The noodles are already separated and ready to eat
– SUCH A PLEASURE EATING IT THIS WAY
I asked for extra bean sprouts, sliced onions, cilantro and lime to make my own salad (w Hoisin and Sriracha). So delish.
They have three sauces:
– Chili garlic
– Sriracha
– Hoisin
But the best part is their electric pepper grinder (Imagine fresh black pepper with a rough grind). It totally elevates the dish!
I also ordered an appetizer to take home, the Goi Cuon (Shrimp Spring Roll – 2). Excited to try it!

Food was splendid. Ordered the Pho combination with rib bone and one of the best phos I’ve had in a while. Meat was tender, soup flavorful and not sugar like they do nowadays and a good portion size where it leave you full and satisfied. Anything that’s below 5 need to get the taste buds checked

As a preface, I’m big on Pho so I’d say im somewhat critical. What I can also say as well is that these guys knocked it out of the park. Great ambiance , friendly staff and generous portions made this experience a pretty damn good one for me. Went alone today and got what the staff had recommended which was the combination with the rib add on, and it was absolutely hearty and delicious. Will definitely be coming back soon with my friends!

One of the best Pho restaurants I’ve ever been to. The pho was very good, high quality ingredients and generous portions. The staff was very nice and the soup came out very quickly. Nice artwork on the walls. Prices were reasonable. Plus there was a bunch of old Vietnamese guys eating there so you know it must be good.

Love this pho place! It’s so clean and delicious! We ordered pho brisket w/ egg noodles, pho brisket w/veg, egg rolls, & pork spring rolls. for drinks we ordered: Lychee jasmine tea (perfectly sweetened!), & Mango Jasmine w/mango bits!. We really enjoyed all of what we ordered & the staff was very friendly. The place itself is very clean, bright, & beautiful! Lots of florals and two large tvs playing sports

Just attended their soft opening. Food was delicious. We had pho rib eye and grilled pork noodle. Flavor was authentic. Broth has depth and richness. Highly recommend

In terms of Vietnamese restaurants in this part of Orange County, this place stands out. They offer the quality I would expect from restaurants in Little Saigon. I had bún thịt nướng and cà phê sữa đá. My wife had phở gà. Both were excellent. If you are a local that wants Little Saigon quality without making the drive to GG, I highly recommend giving Pho Lab a try.
