We were in the area for a doctor’s appointment and after looking at lunch options, I decided it was time to try Pho. Also, it’s Tincan Alley so there were plenty of other choices there.
I had the udon/tofu/veggie broth. It was excellent. I’m now eager to seek out other vegetarian pho offerings in the area. (disclaimer–I didn’t ask any questions about how vegetarian it is and no longer really care to that extent).
I really loved that they lightly fried/baked their tofu! Naked tofu is fine for a few bites, but I really appreciate having vegetarian protein that has some structure to it.
I guess I can’t say if this is great pho since it was my first time, but it was GREAT FOOD!
Next time I’m going to try it with the egg noodles!

9/18/25- Pho Cup is one of many great food choices at Tin Can Alley. Pho Cup is by far my favorite due to my vegetarian / vegan tendencies. Overall atmosphere is inviting, fun and clean. Food was delicious.

First time receiving a Bahn Mi on a hotdog bun! Also the last.
Stingy serving sizes. Half the size of an average Bahn Mi and not enough filling. Both the sandwich and the spring rolls barely had any meat in them. 20$ and I was still hungry afterwards.

Hits the spot everytime, couldn’t be happier with the quality and convenience. They take extra time and effort to make sure the food travels well and doesn’t make a mess in the car. The cardboard bottom in the bag is an absolute game changer.

Perfect Pho cafe. Friendly staff
P.Dob was great with helping my Granddaughter & boyfriend to make the perfect choice. His recommendations were right on target.
They were very happy with the quality of the food received. Portions were just right, even had to take some home for dinner. We had the Amore Pizza while family had this choice, something for everyone here.
The Tin Can Alley was perfect venue to walk around in while waiting on food. Family enjoyed the arcade upstairs & NM tourist shop. Brewery on site had great beers.

Not sure what the bad reviews are talking about.I eat a lot of pho and this is way up there with the best.Putting the smoked brisket in there is incredible. This place is the bomb. The service couldn’t be better and neither could the food…

Tin can alley is a fun environment and Pho Kup’s food is pretty good but they have some weird hangups about their own menu. Their normal Pho sizes (minor and major) are ridiculously huge. They also advertise and sell a mini (pictured, totally normal sized) but get upset when you order it. They ask you if it’s for a child (like that’s any of their business), scowl, and make you order something else too before they’ll sell it to you.
I prefer my restaurants to serve all their items without attitude and mind their own business about what I choose to eat. There are 5 other restaurants here to choose from.

Really enjoyed the pho at this location! They have a good selection of broths and proteins so you can completely customize your cup. I will be visiting again.

Absolutely loved my experience at PhoKup! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There was no wait time at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and top-notch service without the hassle of long waits. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What happened to this joint? Used to be a staple but past 2 years has been a slow decline. Tonight topped it off. Ordered takeout and got home to discover our side dish was missing and a 2 protein pho cup was missing a protein as well. Went back and told them what was up and they gave me the side dish but after getting back to the car noticed they gave me the wrong protein. Decided to just walk at that point then discovered after getting home again it was the wrong broth as well. Not sure if we got the wrong order or what. Also was super salty, not sure when that happened. Shame to trash $50 in food but just was not to our taste.
