What a little gem! We were blown away by the authentic Vietnamese and Thai fusion. The star was the pho, with a broth that was absolutely sensational. We also loved the fresh spring rolls, the rich coconut curry beef, and a perfectly executed pad thai. Every dish was packed with authentic flavor. We will definitely be back and are already recommending it to friends!

We both had the curry pho, me with chicken and noodles, she with shrimp and rice. Absolutely amazing! The chef was also our waiter assisted by his nephew and were extremely personable and appeared to enjoy what they do. I go to a pho restaurant back home at least every other month run by Vietnamese immigrants and this pho is better! The red curry wasn’t too hot and was balanced nicely with the meats and vegetables. Both of us could only eat half of the generous portions and took the rest home. The lemonade was freshly squeezed on our ordering it. The restaurant is intimate with air conditioning and 3 tables. There are also 4 outside tables. I’ll be back!

This is such an amazing addition to Cabarete!! The owner is also the chef and she is extremely lovely and personable. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I even overheard her making adjustments for other customers and being incredibly accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious as well. Our favourite has to be the Pad Thai but all of it was amazing!! We will definitely be back and are excited about not having to leave the island for good Vietnamese food!

Adorable little spot in Cabarete. Very charming, friendly staff and the food is bangin’! The shrimp pad Thai is gooey and the chili oil on it gives it the perfect spice. The beef pho is really herby and soothing. Definitely recommend eating indoors to enjoy your soup. A variety of sauces were offered and the home lemonade was so beautifully balanced. We will be back!

Pho King Noodle House was a cozy, quaint, delicious and friendly restaurant.

Service and attention were fabulous, they accommodated our party of 9 without issue.

The iced Vietnamese coffee was a wonderful break from the heat and the coconut curry was packed with flavour.

The bubble tea was a great surprise. Give the coconut bubble tea a chance, the flavour is rich and the boba are tender and complex.

Though they post it, be sure to bring cash as they do not accept card

We had a great time at this restaurant. We often have Vietnamese foo back home and the Pho and fried rice didn’t disappoint. The coconut bubble tea and the Thai iced tea was great, very flavorful and the boba was fresh. The owner, Hoan, was so nice and helpful. It’s perfect for a chill diner for a date or with friends.

We stopped for dinner and while the dining area is small, it makes the experience better. You get to chat with the staff while the food is prepared. We had an order of fresh rolls, pad Thai and a noodle bowl. The iced coffee is always a favorite.

Amazing food and lovely owner / chef.
Great casual food place in Cabarete that tastes fresh and is absolutely delicious.
Pad Thai was perfect, the beef pho was also full of flavour, I would of liked some more beef strips or ordered extra only as it was so tasty. Recommend the bubble tea and Vietnamese summer rolls – great dip sauce with these. I’m all in all a fan.
Only con is they were busy so there was slow service due to size of the establishment and patrons there but when I received the food it was worth the wait. Highly Recommend!

If you were to ask me, even if this joint dished out the most abominable excuse for a meal I’ve ever laid taste buds on, I’d slap a solid five-star rating on it without a second thought. You see, it’s not about the grub in your plate, it’s about the soul behind the scenes, the puppeteer of flavors, the maestro of this culinary theater. The owner here, she’s not just nice—she’s a force of nature, a whirlwind of warmth and charm that sweeps you off your feet the moment you step in. I find myself yearning to share stories, swap tales, and maybe clink a few glasses with her. But, let’s be clear, the victuals they’re sending out from that kitchen? It’s not just sustenance, it’s an orchestration of taste. Every dish, a sonnet composed with the freshest notes, crafted with an artisan’s touch, and cooked to the pinnacle of perfection right under your watchful gaze in that open kitchen. Oh, and hygiene? That’s no afterthought here; the place is so immaculate it could put an operating room to shame. The service? It’s like being pampered by a team of hospitality ninjas. Now, let me wax poetic about that Thai iced tea. One sip, and it’s like a time machine that transports you to a balmy street corner in Bangkok. And don’t even get me started on the version with those delightful, chewy boba pearls. It’s like an adult-friendly bubble bath for your taste buds. And the pièce de résistance—the pho. A broth that could mend a broken heart, flavors that dance like old friends reuniting, an experience that makes you question if you’ve truly lived until this very moment. Here’s the kicker though, as I sat there soaking in the aroma of simmering pots and sipping my tea, I caught glimpses of her in the midst of it all, orchestrating an intricate ballet of to-go orders. The meticulous attention to detail, the care with which she and her partner packaged each dish—it was like watching an artist brush strokes onto a canvas. This isn’t a mere cash register-driven enterprise; it’s a symphony of passion and dedication. She treats this place not as a business, but as an extension of herself, pouring heart and soul into every plate that leaves her kitchen. And I must confess, that my infatuation with this establishment runs deeper than the food alone. It’s not just the flavors that have me smitten, it’s the embodiment of culinary artistry in human form that has truly stolen my heart. This restaurant isn’t just a dining destination; it’s a haven for those who seek more than a meal, those who crave a connection, a story, a shared moment. So, raise a glass of that heavenly Thai tea with me, for in this cozy nook of flavors and friendship, we’ve stumbled upon a gem worth cherishing.
