I had a blast at pho Kim long. The portobello fries and the calamari was fried to perfection. The pad see ew that I had was delicious as well. It had so much flavor without each spice/flavor overpowering each other. The restaurant atmosphere was also great. It had a very modern aesthetic style while keeping an Asian theme. The service was great as well. Our server made sure that our food came out the way we wanted and made sure no mistakes were made.

It was next to my hotel, so I walked over to have dinner. The food was good. It wasn’t impressive but okay. The Being Beef was really good. I should have maybe ordered it with some spice. The spring rolls were not traditional with the Thai Basil, mint, or bean sprouts. The crab Rangoon was okay. Viet iced was also good. I would definitely return.

The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional! I adore the lively atmosphere and the thoughtfully designed layout. My fiancé and I visited on a Saturday night around 9 PM and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated.

We chose to sit at the bar, where the ambiance was appealing, although the bartender’s service could have been a bit more engaging. At times, it felt as though we were being closely monitored rather than enjoying a relaxed dining experience.

That said, the dishes we sampled were outstanding! The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken were both a delightful 10/10!

Ordered a combination pho. Looked decent, but was disappointing. Broth wasn’t very rich and meat was sliced too thick and didn’t taste fresh. May go back and try again, but first visit was disappointing.

Pho Kim Long’s newest location, conveniently closer to the airport, is a gem for anyone short on time yet seeking authentic Vietnamese flavor. Having visited their Las Vegas spot countless times, I’ve come to appreciate the family-friendly, homestyle charm that makes it so welcoming. This new spot, however, offers a sleek departure from the original vibe, with its eclectic decor and polished design evoking a modern downtown New York ambiance. The fresh, stylish setting had me initially curious—and maybe even a bit concerned—about whether they’d preserved the original flavors amid the upscale feel.

Thankfully, my concerns quickly disappeared with the first spoonful. I ordered my favorite, the combination pho, which arrives with raw meat that cooks right in the steaming hot broth before your eyes—a small culinary theater that speaks to the quality and care of the dish. The broth was every bit as rich and savory as the original, capturing the same depth of flavor I know so well from the Vegas location. While I’ll likely continue to frequent the familiar spot whenever possible, this new location is perfect for impressing a client or enjoying a date in an elevated setting that doesn’t sacrifice tradition. Pho Kim Long has managed to balance sophistication with authenticity, a rare and impressive feat.

Do not go to this location. I came here thinking it would be like the spring mountain location and it was NOT. I ordered chicken pho and then asked it to be swapped for beef and it was not swapped. They instead swapped it to beef broth with chicken meat. Not sure why. My husband got the orange chicken and white rice. For one the portion was like half of the other location and they brought him red rice instead. We didn’t want to make a big deal so we said ok that’s fine. But they were aware the order was wrong. We also came to try this location because we saw that it was happy hour. We were brought a device to pay without getting to see our receipt first (guessing they do this for a reason) but when we got it we realized we were charged full price for our drinks. When we questioned it the guy said oh we’re not doing happy hour because of the holiday. Keep in mind this was on December 27th and this was not disclosed anywhere on the menu at all. Honestly thought they would have gave a discount considering they had messed up both of our orders but instead we were overcharged ‍♀️ save yourself the trouble and go to another location. I never leave reviews ever. It’s probably been years but this was ridiculous and I honestly don’t feel right not letting others know.

This was a hidden gem! I didn’t except much going in. The shrimp and crab tapioca noodles was amazing! The shrimp flavor was popping. If you love seafood flavor, this should be on your list. The staff is extremely attentive and the place was clean and modern. Definitely would recommend.

I have eaten at this restaurant at least 7-8 times in the past 4 years. I have raved about it to my friends and family. Initially, the food and service were always outstanding and I was always looking forward to eating at this restaurant.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit was so disappointing that I am reconsidering my endorsement. I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday morning at 11:30am for a work meeting with an Owner of a Small Business in Las Vegas. I arrived alone and waited about 1 minute until a very tall attractive Asian man approached and asked me where I wanted to sit.

I chose the booths in the rear and advised him that I was meeting someone there. That is the only communication I had with the waiter except for placing my order.

I sat down and waited for my appointment to arrive. I am seated at 11:32am. I noticed that the waiter was not paying me any attention. I am checking my phone and he brings two glasses of water and sets them down at the opposite end of the table. I say thank you, he says nothing and walks away.

He doesn’t hand me a menu – he leaves them stacked up at the end of the table by the water and walks away.

I noticed that there was only 4 other tables in use.

I go to restaurants all the time and this was clearly unprofessional customer service. He clearly had some sort of issue by the extremely unprofessional way he acted.

My guest arrived at 11:42. The waiter does not come to the table after my guest has arrived so I have to flag him down to take our order.

Our order was taken 11:49 – that was the last time he spoke and he never returned until it was time for the check. In between the arrival of the meal and my request for the check, we were waited on by a very kind waitress who happened to ask if we needed anything.

Unfortunately, our food was super mediocre which was the disappointing cherry on top.

I am not one to judge why someone acts with bad behavior and I am not sure what the guy’s issue was with me but I am sure he is not doing the restaurant any favors with his very unfriendly customer service.

Our bill was presented at 12:25 – the Asian waiter never said anything at all to us.. nothing like thank you for coming or it was a pleasure to have you or enjoy your day… Nothing. I hope that he reads this and recognizes that this is unacceptable customer service.

Not sure if I am still a fan…

I arrived around noon on a Monday and there was no wait for a table. It’s nice and upscale inside was unexpected but in a good way. Service was attentive and courteous.

I ordered the crab and shrimp tapioca noodle soup. It was such a delight! The broth was delicious and had some body. The shrimp were cooked just right. The crab meat disappeared into the broth when I mixed it but I didn’t mind. The noodles were thick and had a nice bounce.

I look forward to coming back to try their pho and other items on the menu.

Location was quite hard to find using google maps but once we were there, it was quite tasty pho. Coming to Vegas we weren’t expecting to get much authentic Asian food but im so glad we found this place.

The restaurant was nice, we went at noon on a wednesday and it was basically empty, and the pho came in large portions. It was missing the tripe i usually like in pho but i was still a solid bowl

It did take a while for the servers to notice us and bring our check though so 4 stars for service
