10/01/25 ☆☆ First visit since the change from Pho Mc (didn’t notice the change untill after I had ordered)… let’s just say it was better before it changed. The quality of food is not the same. I ordered the same thing that I always used to get and used to love. But this go around it had zero flavor I got the Spring Rolls which were good but too much lettuce, and a Bun bowl (Shrimp, pork, lemongrass and egg roll)… couldn’t taste lemongrass at all. The noodles were extremely dry, the sauce that was served on the side with it was pretty good but it took the entire bowl for me to dump on there to get any any kind of flavor. When I mention this to the server she just kept insisting that there was lemongrass in it and I said I don’t taste any. She goes well I’ll bring you some more shrimp with the lemongrass and I said I don’t need extra shrimp I just need some more of the lemongrass sauce she brought me out shrimp with a whole bunch of burnt sauce, that didn’t taste any better than what was on my bowl. That being said the pork that was on the bowl was pretty decent. But, I don’t think I’ll do that again. They didn’t charge me for it which I told them over and over I would pay for no problem I wasn’t expecting it to be comped at all, but they did remove it from the bill. So I only paid for my spring rolls. I might give it one more try to try their pho, but it won’t be getting that bowl again.

This place is very nice inside and seemed clean. We ordered takeout. Drinks strawberry tea w popping boba, Pepsi, peach and a jackfruit smoothies. Food we got the pork noodle and fried rice, crablagoons, and spring rolls. The spring rolls were very good and i love their sauce. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like strawberries and it was so delicious! The drinks were fantastic, the Pepsi cost too much for a can. The fried rice was good, it had a bit too much cilantro. The pork noodles were good, I didnt like how fishy the fish sauce was compared to ither places, and I didnt like that the pork was mostly just fat. I think for a one off drink place and appetizers is great. I dont think I would pay that much for what we got again. Overall a decent Vietnamese place! They did charge us for egg rolls that we didnt receive and we are waiting for a refund. When I called the person was extremely hard to understand and I am just waiting to see it deposited back in the account.

I’ve been to quite a few pho places, mainly west side. I live way out west and I now willingly drive the extra miles out of my way to get pho here. I’ve tried several of the menu items here and something about the broth just hits different and makes it worth the drive. If you haven’t been here, I highly recommend you give it a try! I ate all the food before I even thought about taking photos because it is always so delicious so no pics this time either.

Ordered food online, received a completely different order… I order pho and a mixed (beef, chicken, shrimp) fried rice and shrimp/pork spring rolls. I got 2 orders of some sort of fried chicken and rice. Dumplings (which usually I’m a fan of until I pulled a long hair out of my mouth after eating the first one ), and crab rangoons which I’ve never liked. So all in all, I over paid for food I didn’t even order. 10/10 would not recommend and will not return/order again.

Used to be called Pho MC. Same location. It appears to be the same staff as well. Just rebranded.
Pho is the same quality as before. Taste great.
The lo mien was okay. Veggies are large, so it is difficult to take bit sized portions . Vegetables were still very stuff with large stocks still on broccoli.
Definitely felt a language barrier when placing the order or when asking questions, making it difficult.
Very nice staff & clean restaurant.

Food was amazing like always! The two waitresses were too busy on their phones with ear buds in, forgot the plate of sprouts/limes took 5 minutes just to stand at the counter waiting on one of them to notice. Had to physically get her to get a Togo container. I was really sad with the service but the food is AMAZING. Next time I’ll just order to go.

We were only in there for a few minutes today but server was very rude. Put down our cups harshly and threw our straws on the table. Immediately left since we do not handle that type of disrespect. We’re usually regulars but it might be a while before we come back. If the owner wants to know, it was a female server with glasses and a ponytail.

We ordered several dishes to share and the pho ended up being everyone’s favorite. Broth was clean and fragrant, toppings super fresh. Perfect place to bring friends!

The food was okay. I got the stir fry beef with cucumbers, pickled carrots, onion, and rice. The teenager got the steak Pho.
The real “star of the show” was the absolutely terrible service we received. The waitress’ facial expression never changed. I greeted her. In return I received eating utensils and total silence.
We were never asked a single question. We were not greeted in any way. Cups of water came out and that was it. Never asked if we wanted anything besides water – just silence.
When the waitress walked back to our table with a pen and order pad, I thought – finally she’ll HAVE to ask if we’re ready to order. Nope. She stood, silently, at our table waiting for us to speak. I was equally shocked and weirded out.
The pho came out before my dish, also silently. I waited another 3-5 minutes for mine to come out. Again it wasn’t awful and it wasn’t great. She never returned to our table. No refills. No to-go boxes. No sorry I was in a bad mood earlier. Nothing.
And no. It wasn’t busy. There were two waitresses and three tables with one person waiting on a to-go order (he must be familiar with the atmosphere).
I would likely skip this place next time. There are so many places to get great Vietnamese food. Why go somewhere that treats you like you’re a huge inconvenience?
*I do want to add – I tested the drinking water and they have impeccable water. It tested cleaner than our filtration water at home!!
