I have only been able to come here one time in the last 5 years because they are closed seemingly every Tuesday consistently when I want to go so I end up going to Fairfield.
It is too bad that American canyon doesn’t have another Vietnamese place open consistently daily.
Other options like pho hua do not have consistently good quality.

I love vietnamese food. I often travel to vietnam and eat all kinds of vietnamese food there. Pho Huong Viet restaurant’s atmosphere is not the best. However, I go vietnamese restaurant for the quality of Pho and shrimp spring roll. The Pho at this restaurant has very thick soup and it has very light flavor of herbal taste. Some people may not like it. But I love it. Their pho’s meat and noodle portion is about 50% more than other places and honestly very delicious. To me, quality of food is lot more important than atmosphere of the restaurant. So I am willing to give 5 star.

Classic mom and pop pho shop. Had pho and spring rolls to go. Broth was very good and egg rolls were tight and not too greasy but did not come with lettuce to wrap them in. Prices were fair and quantity was generous. I’m definitely going to go back and do a sit down meal.

We have been coming here for awhile, but infrequently due to distance. Nonetheless, the noodles are pretty good and the prices are also pretty reasonable. Today, I ordered the #31 (Rice Noodle Soup w/Won Ton, Bok Choy, Sliced Pork & Ground Pork). The soup is tasty and the noodles are soft, but not soggy. You won’t disappoint, drop by when you’re around the area.

The absolutely worse spring rolls I’ve ever eaten. I told them three times no meat and no mint please only shrimp. When I received my spring rolls meat was in all the rolls as well as only a few noodles inside. Very bad quality tasted disgusting. Customer service was very rude as well. Do not eat here. This is probably one of the more popular Pho spots in Vallejo. All of their soups, rice plates, Vietnamese coffee, shakes, egg rolls are the best! I always like to get beef balls and steak. My parents love their wonton noodle soup and their vermicelli and rice plates are amazing. Located in a shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking. Service is quick!
