Mì Xào Don Do Biến at Pho Hung restaurant in Asia Times Square. Grand Prairie, Texas. (Stir fried vegetables with seafood on crispy noodles. I also call Hong Kong noodles.) Hard to find this dish in my area of North Texas. Love the “Hong Kong” noodles as I call them. Like the texture of the noodles…a little crispy. Restaurant was not too busy, service good, enjoyed the vibe is the restaurant. Visited during Chinese New Years celebration. Parking lot was full…used an overflow parking lot.

This was my first time ever trying a meal like this. I ordered the Cơm Bò Nướng Xả/ Charbroiled Lemon-Grass Beef & Fresh Vegetables and it was actually very good. I love how the vegetables are pickled. The server was very nice and continuously checked on us. The restaurant was relatively clean. I prefer this location compared to the one in central Arlington.

Pho Hung Restaurant is THE BEST pho I’ve had. My daughter turned me onto this place because she loves Asian cuisine. I’ve tried pho from so many places, and nothing beats this one. The broth is absolutely perfect, it’s rich, comforting, and honestly healing to the soul. The staff is always so nice. They know exactly what I’m going to order now because I always order the same thing! Lol!
On a cold day, like today, this is always the first place that comes to mind. I love both the chicken pho and the well-done brisket pho, but lately I can’t stop ordering the well-done brisket because it’s just that good.
I also always get the chicken fried rice to go, and it never disappoints, oh my goodness, it is so flavorful and delicious.
Five stars, every single time!

This was my first time trying pho and it was amazing !!! Their portion sizes are actually pretty decent , they gave me the right amount of noodles , broth and vegetables. I haven’t even gone half way and i’m already full! Their spice is also delicious and the staff was friendly. I did take it to go but i will be coming back to dine-in. Highly recommend

Absolutely love this place. I have been twice and already want to go again. One thing I’m surprised about is how the utensils are set on the table in a high number for however big your party is. the food is fresh and served ina good amount of time. The meat in the pho is not over or undercooked but is in a perfect middle
Also servers are very respectful and everything is very clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Food is good. Liked it and finished it all.
We got #29 Com Tam Tom Bi Suon and #42 Bun Tau Hu Ky
Place is spacious. Decorative.
Those red lanterns are really catchy.
Music is not so loud.
Menu is a bit overpriced.
Customer Service has a lot of room for improvement. Come on, put on some smile when serving 🙂
Restroom has bad smell.
I was gonna give 3 star review, but well, maybe someone had a tough day and someone forgot to clean the restroom.
There you go, a hoping-for-improvement 4 star.

Good Homestyle Vietnamese Dinner – Nice Portions – Reasonable Pricing – Friendly Service – When Back: will skip their very chewy rice paper “Spring Rolls”; might order their nice “Seafood Noodle Soup, Pho Do Bien”; yet, will definitely have PH’s “Crispy Crepe, Banh Xeo” once again!
