Complete disappointment. I ordered online a combination fried rice. My driver called and said they were out of fried rice. So I asked for noodles. When I got my plate there was no meat. Why am I paying for a dish that has meat only to get a vegetarian plate. The only that kept me from not giving this place a second chance is the fact that the manager was very understanding. I came in on a Sunday with 35 degree weather outside. So you can understand how busy it was. But everyone who came in was greeted with a smile and was more than accommodating with getting everyone a table in a timely manner. Our server was so nice and friendly. She made our experience great !!

The only thing I didn’t like is we came around 1 hr before close and it just felt like they wanted us to leave.

It was just ok. Eggrolls were the best part. Broth was lacking flavor. Meat portion was just a few small pieces of meat which was disappointing and noodles were hard. They were out of pork spring rolls and the shrimp ones didnt come with any peanut sauce.

Surprisingly good pho in Odessa. Food comes out fast, service is friendly, and the place is clean. Spring rolls are HUGE and quite good. P1 combination pho rivals any you can get in Houston. The broth is unique, but very flavorful. S2 Bò Kho is very tasty. Taro Boba tea is very good. This is very surprising to find in Odessa!

Honestly My wife and i love pho house , But after this experience at the jbs location we will longer come here .For starters when they brought my food out it smelt like pure eggs and pure chucken smell like raw.The lady was rude & disrespectful when i asked why does it smell the way it does as well as pure eggs because it was 36$ for two fried RICE not egg plates and she then began to be rude and make hand gestures towards speaking in her own language to another worker. Refused to refund me . This location is a disgrace to the others .

Amazing every time! My family & I enjoy ourselves each time we stop in for a bite. From their wonderful customer service, to the delicious food. Looking forward to any reason/excuse we can come with, just to drive an hour to eat here. Love it.

Really enjoyed the Pho here and the Bun Bo Hue is probably the best I’ve have for a long time from here to Dallas. My duaghter had the kiddy pho. The service was excellent, will be back.
