Had to stop in Goldsboro for work and wanted to see what they had to offer. After checking other reviews I dropped in to Pho House. Restaurant was pretty empty and the staff greeting me and got me seated quickly. Lots of menu options but I ordered P6 the Pho with round steak and the fried egg rolls. The egg rolls came out quick but the pho took a little while which was different, most places it comes out quickly but overall the quality was good. The broth was really good but it wasn’t as hot as pho normally is. Not sure if it sat for a while before the waiter brought it to me or what but typically the meat is still raw and it cooks in the broth. The meat was already cooked but even with that it was still good! They didn’t give much basil and I was too tired to ask for more but I’m sure the waiter would have gotten it because as I sat they were definitely giving great service to every table. Dining room was really clean and they had a few TV’s as well. I would come back for sure if I’m in the area. Awesome service and if the broth was hot I know it would have been even better! Check them out!

Our waitress she is incredible (Khamsane). She is exceptional, very sweet and overall made my first time eating Pho incredible. The flavor that is in Pho is like nothing I have ever had. Go try it out! Must get chili oil on the side and add in a little hoisin. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

So we order the meatball phos, we have ate here before and it was decent… this time we got it the noodles were extremely hard, you can only drink the soup. My boyfriend called to see if we can get it replaced and the manager said to put it in the microwave for two minutes…… that made it even harder and didn’t soften up the noodles. They didn’t even try to replace the noodles and we did request for that but that was his suggestion. Don’t eat here it’s not worth it. All these reviews gotta be fake cause ain’t no way.

I recently visited this pho restaurant and both the food and the service were amazing! The broth was incredibly flavorful—rich, aromatic, and clearly made with care. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs and toppings brought everything together amazingly. It’s easily some of the best pho I’ve had in a long time.
But what truly made the experience memorable was the service. Our waiter, Jeff, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made great recommendations, and made us feel right at home. You could tell he really cared about making our dining experience special.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving authentic pho and top-notch service. Ask for Jeff—you won’t be disappointed!

I recently visited Pho House with my daughter, and I must say, the customer service here truly sets it apart. Our server’s name was Jeff, and he was incredibly attentive throughout my entire meal. He took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations. My daughter loved her pho and dessert! If you’re looking for not only delicious pho but also exceptional service, Pho House is the place to go. The staff here goes above and beyond, and I can’t wait to return!

Had a lovely time relaxing with my ereader tucked into the corner. Was immediately informed I could sit wherever and my server, Jeff, came by within a couple minutes. Ordered Brisket Pho, Vietnamese coffee, and water. Also ordered extra noodles and chili oil. Got my food in a reasonable time. Jeff was attentive and personable. Reasonable prices.

We just ate at Pho House Goldsboro for the first time. Rose provided excellent service and the food was amazing! Large portions of authentic pho. I highly recommend you eat in versus order take out the first time you go. Some of the reviews from take out experiences are due to language barrier issues but they are working through that. I am so excited to finally have pho in Goldsboro!!

love this please if I could 10 star I would. Servers are very attentive and aware. Quick service food is well priced with great taste! Love their egg rolls, boba, and today I tried the grilled shrimp vermicelli bowl, which the pork is very tasteful as well. We also tried the grilled pork rice dish and that was delicious. Nothing here disappoints so far. Excellent! Also, now they have more variety of drinks available!

Pho House is a weekly stop! The raw steak pho is my favorite. The broth is delicious and the chili oil has a smoked flavor. Having a late lunch? Stop in during Happy Hour during the week for food specials.
