My husband went to PHO House to order me a pho bowl, which cost $13.50 plus tax ($15.02 total). He specifically asked for Sriracha sauce, as that is how I prefer my pho, and was told that it was included in the container. When we got home, there was no Sriracha sauce at all, or at most a tiny splash that was not even noticeable or usable.

I called the store to express my concern, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The young lady I spoke with acted as if she didn’t care about my concern, which made the situation even more frustrating. When customers are paying this amount, it’s reasonable to expect that a simple request like a sauce be honored—especially when so many other businesses offer the same service without issue.

This was the only sauce provided, and I am including a photo to show exactly what was given. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and better attention to customer requests and customer service would make a significant difference.

15.02 wasted because who wants to eat it without the right taste I’m from Louisiana. I love hot food.

That was the only sauce that was included in the picture below

AUSTIN, TX HERE! My daughter is in competitive cheer and she is the biggest crawfish fan foodie. As we travel so much all around we like try different crawfish places. This weekend we did, we had crawfish cafe and crawfish and noodle of belaire, Houston. However after competition today we were just stopping here for pho. We didn’t even know they were serving crawfish. We ordered pho (my husband and I) and my daughter came in with wingstop. She saw the big crawfish sign but had already ordered food. I ordered two lbs with my pho to give it a try.. crawfish came out and I already knew it would be good by the smell. I looked at my daughter after the first bite and she had to get her own! AMAZING! Trust me skip all of the waiting for table at a crawfish restaurant and just come here! It was so good ! The cook came home and I had to make sure he felt every love he put in to my batch of crawfish. Great service by all! I appreciate this especially traveling from far. Another place added to my list during competition season! My daughter loved this place way more than crawfish and noodle and crawfish cafe. And of course beats all of the places that we’ve been to back in Austin!

Hostess was awesome and recommended a great drink called the hammer hulk. Very delicious, would recommend just ask for less ice they filled it up with ice, the waiter on the other hand didn’t seem to care he was at work. Couldn’t hear my order over his ear buds (while taking my order) and also brought me the wrong ticket to pay right after he brought my food. Didn’t seem to know the menu either. Food was ok. I got the special. The sprouts looked old but decided to give it a try anyway. You can see what i mean about sprouts in photo. Needed way more flavor tasted very blan added some Sriracha and the sauce. Turned the flavor around after adding sauces. didnt see any of the other meat that suppose to be in the special. Just a couple different ones but not all. The noodles were stuck in this one huge clump like dried rice. Not sure what that was about. Over all was an ok experience. There are other better places to eat pho near by in my opinion. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a small restaurant. it gets the job done for a fat price, I think.

First time here and it was clean and the atmosphere was great.
Pho combination was fresh and hot the egg rolls were fresh and hot the coconut w/tapioca was great. No pressure no rush at all. Only issue was the water was not good. Other than that we definitely will be back.

This was our first time eating here and our last. Outside of the friendly waitress, nothing about this place makes us want to return. The atmosphere was dreary and base line at best, the restaurant itself well, the tables were clean and bussed quickly but the overall presentation was really lacking.
The dished we ordered definitely looked better than they tasted. They were way overpriced and the portions were small. There’s no way I should be paying $60 for 3 Bowls of Pho and a Rice & Steak plate. The 2 children’s pho was $7ea… it was literally just broth and noodles. My kids are Vegan, so that’s what they always order but for $7/bowl?! My wife’s Tofu Pho wasn’t good she said and the portion was small. The vegetable side plate you get with pho was embarrassing. As for mine, the egg was too salty, some of my rice was hard(it’s obviously been sitting for a while) and the steak wasn’t anything to write home about. Oh, and the Spring Rolls I ordered were laughable at best. They were really thin and not that tasty. The rolls I get at our normal spot are twice as thick and the Peanut Sauce is pretty good. The sauce here tasted off to me and was just ok, I guess.
On the Parking, it’s not the biggest lot so take that for what it’s worth.
I rarely write reviews about mediocre or bad dining experiences but sometimes I just have too. I also don’t have an issue paying good money for good food. However, if I’m paying $60, the food and overall experience better be worth it! Sadly, it wasn’t this time.
On a side note, my wife felt so bad about the Spring Rolls that she made me a big plate of them for dinner tonight to “make up for my loss”, she said

I ordered the seafood pho and it had no flavor. It included 4 shrimps which was nice but it didn’t make up for the flavorless broth. I also ordered chicken spring rolls and they were alright. The peanut sauce was good but the chicken was dry.

Went here with a group of friends mainly to try out their crawfish but we also ordered couple of other dishes as well to try- pho dac biet, bun Bo hue, and a char-grilled shrimp fried rice. Let me tell you, everything was soooo tasty and the prices were very reasonable! I was especially impressed with their crawfish and shrimp flavors from spicy to extreme spicy!! The extreme spicy was DEFINITELY spicy but it was that GOOD SPICY that keeps you wanting more the crawfish were so fresh and shrimps were extra plump! We literally ate over 10 lbs of crawfish and shrimp and collectively died and went to crawfish heaven. No regrets.

The service was also excellent. The owners were extremely friendly and kind that constantly checked on our group to make sure we were enjoying everything Definitely my new favorite place for crawfish and I’ll be sure to come back and try the rest of the menu items!! 101/10!!! Highly recommended if you want delicious food in your mouth!

Way Overpriced. The pho was mostly watery broth with little amount of noodles, especially the kid’s pho, and it was bland. They charged me $15 just for a tiny side of some kind of chili oil sauce that I didn’t even ask for. I assumed it came with the soup because it was so small. They could have told me before hand that the sauce was an extra $15, on top of what I paid for the soup. Won’t eat there ever again.
