I ordered the $18 protein pho with beef bone, but when I arrived, they told me they were out of beef bone. I agreed to replace it with extra brisket, and the staff promised they would “add more meat.” However, the portion I received was actually quite small — barely different from a regular one.
I eat pho often, and this was clearly much less than what other places serve. To make things worse, according to Uber Eats, there’s about a $5 price difference between beef bone and extra brisket, but they neither gave me extra meat nor adjusted the price.
Overall, very disappointing experience — it felt dishonest, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

I was excited about a new Vietnamese restaurant in Norman. The service was wonderful, but I can’t say that for the dish I ordered. I ordered the Sesame Chicken with rice and veggies. I thought the chicken would be crispy. The chicken does have a light batter but is not crispy. Unlike the owner’s photo, my plate had more veggies and rice and a small portion of chicken(with too much sauce), so I was filling up on mostly veggies. I also ordered the pork egg rolls. They came out really hot, so it was difficult to taste any seasoning that went into the egg rolls until the next day, so they tasted bland. The egg rolls that I was served were not fried in a fryer (like the ones on the company’s website photo) but seemed to have been placed in an air-fryer because the wraps were dry, view photo below. I did not like the dipping sauce for the egg rolls, which I thought was bland. However, I will say my husband thought the pho was excellent. Because my husband likes the pho, I am willing to give it another try.

This Vietnamese restaurant it’s becoming one of my favorites restaurants in Norman, I think I go there once a week at least, the place it’s really cute, I like how you can order on a big screen you can customize your order and get very adventurous with your order, one of the must exciting things to me it was that I can I add a fried egg in most of the dishes.
The employees are so nice and helpful.
The food, oh my the food! So freaking good, the phô it’s marvelous not just cause you can get that enormous beef rib but that broth it’s exquisite.
Norman was needing a restaurant like this one, we are so lucky to have them, if you are in Norman, you have to go.

I ordered pho with rib, which was pretty good, but my sister ordered a spring roll harder to chew than the ones we cook at home. Unfortunately, we don’t know what they put in the broth, but we got sick again. We’ve had no problems with other pho places.
I got a refund because their soda fountains were out of order.

Nice small restaurant with excellent Pho. I got the spicy meat ball pho with spring rolls and mango tea with pearls. The spring rolls were fresh and came with peanut sauce. When the pho arrived the aroma was wonderful and was very hot in temperature but needed just a splash of sriracha sauce for an extra kick. The smooth mango tea helped cool my mouth as I was eating pho. Inside the place was decorated nicely and I could tell most of the diners were students. This was a nice dining experience for me and will be back to try other dishes.

First time trying pho, and it was pho-nomenal! Walked in and ordered on the screen, which had pictures of all items and was categorized by drink, appetizer, main, side, and dessert (maybe even more?). Service was quick and friendly. Everything came out as soon as it was ready. We tried the brown sugar milk tea with boba (a fun, sweet treat), the lemongrass tofu Bahn mi, a steak pho, and a chicken breast pho with a fried egg. Everything looked and smelled great on our table! Will definitely be returning to try more. Highly recommend!

food is delicious but takes forever and you’re lucky if you find a clean table to sit at. water is self serve at the front which is perfectly fine but ordering at a kiosk, getting my own water, and cleaning my own table, to then be asked if i want to tip feels strange. wings bang tho

I usually really enjoy the food here, but they are often out of some ingredient or the other, and frequently half of the menu is unavailable. Recently, I ordered a milk tea with boba and found black microplastics in my tea. At first I thought it was a couple of dark tea leaves but then I tasted a terrible burnt plastic taste in the boba. I only noticed this after I had left so I just threw it out. Very disappointing experience, I hope I didn’t end up consuming something harmful. I probably won’t come back.

Went in with no expectations and wow! Just got a beef banh mi for a quick cheap lunch and it delivered ($13+change for two)
Very nice bread, fresh veg, and pretty good size for this type of sand-o.

Everything about this place is great. Service? Amazing. Atmosphere? Great. Taste? Incredible.
But there is such an insane amount of oil that it ruins it. If you don’t filter it out, the entire bowl becomes slippery. We had to attack our table with a heavy duty cleaner because there was so. much. oil. If you need a body butter, look no further to be honest.
It’s a shame because the taste is great, but the oil just destroys it. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back unless something changes.
