We waited near the front for a few minutes before the host (an Hispanic male) yelled from across the room “How many people? Two?” He lacked customer service and seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. After my husband and I placed our orders, I noticed mice running from under a table across from us and back to the display area near the wall. The server also brought food out to a group of people that arrived 15 minutes after us. We only took a few bites out of the spring rolls and decided to leave after seeing the mice. We told the server and host that we were waiting on our food but he served the other customers first and told them they had mice running around. The host told us we had to pay for the spring rolls that we took a few bites out of and my husband said he had absolutely no problem with TIPPING them and gave them $40 for spring rolls we did not even finish. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I can guarantee they know about the rodent issue. I was only able to get a picture of the back of the host and server. The atmosphere was off and I just wanted to get out of there.

Four of us were recommended to eat at Hot restaurant. We were very satisfied and felt great enjoying the beef rib pho, Hue beef noodle soup, Yangzhou fried rice, and especially the grilled salmon with crispy rice – it was excellent. Thank you, Hot Pho restaurant.

Summer roll and crispy spring roll are just okay… pretty much lacked flavor. The summer roll has a lot of rice noodle in it but the thin piece of pork and the shrimp has absolutely zero flavor and there is hardly any of it in there in relation to the amount of noodles. The grilled pork with rice was just okay again not as flavorful. The five-star rating is for the pho in this restaurant. We have tried a few other menu items but they are just okay.
This restaurant in my opinion has the best pho in Nova. Specifically the short rib pho.
The short rib pho was delicious and pretty good because it was the only pho restaurant that we have been to that actually has short rib like this. It has big chunks of meat attached to the rib and it was pretty tasty. The broth was flavorful with an aroma of anise and onions. Great flavors come together beautifully with soft short ribs along with several other cuts of beef in the soup. Highly recommend the short rib pho. In my opinion this restaurant makes the best pho in Nova! Also please be aware that the tip is already included in the check.

Short rib Pho is phenomenal, it is a must have! I am pleasantly surprised with the service, was greeted right away and they were quick with food preparation. Will be coming back!

I got the rice combination with grilled pork, grilled beef and shrimp. But what I got for $18 was not what it looked liked in the picture. Looked like that stacked all the meat in top of each other. I couldn’t tell the difference . I was a bit surprised. The shrimp was soo tiny it was 3 little bitty pieces.
Well I thought I give it a try. The flavors was good but I don’t know if I’ll order this again. 2/5 rating.

The taste of the broth and meat is the best I’ve had in Northern Virginia, and I eat Pho regularly. This place is up there with Pho 85, if not better tasting. I like the trays they give you and all the ingredients were fresh.

Pho Hot serves hands down the best pho in town! The broth is rich and flavorful, the portions are very generous, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. One thing I really appreciate is that they serve onions and coriander on the side, so you can customize your toppings just the way you like.
